Hi Chanz,

I also have a few types of nappies and really like the bam+boo fit - they grow into it pretty quickly. But I find they're one of the harder ones to put on correctly because of the double gusset.

I always (or almost always  ) put the nappies together all at one time and then putting them on is no harder than using a disposable. And the pocket diapers are much easier to put on once put together. One of the pocket diapers, I think the fancy pants, have a double opening so you don't have to remove the inserts before washing.

Or you can look at the Mother Nature AIO. The also have a clip-in insert.

Hi Chanz,

I did allot of research before I decided on a brand to buy. I did not come across a brand that is truly all-in-one. most of them has pockets to stuff. those brands that does not have pockets only put the additional inserts loose within the cover.
I think you should try just to put the inserts in the cover and see if it works

friends of mine are using the Bam+Boo nappies and even though its bulky, it works extremely well. I will also use the Bam+Boo nappies.

Hello Ladies

Soooo I took the leap and ordered one nappy from a couple brands- Snugglybum, FancyPants, Bam+Boo and Cherubs.

I am loving the Bam+Boo for night time but find it bulky during the day. A bit unsure about which brand to stick to LOL

Really daft question, I was under the impression that an All-in-one nappy was exactly that, you wash and put it on without stuffing pockets etc...So which nappy brands are truly and all-in-one? Why I ask because my husband is partially disabled so he can only use his left arm and hand. And he can't do the stuffing etc... on his own. I found with the Snugglybum, FancyPants and Cherubs you still have to stuff. With the Bam+Boo the inserts clips which is easier than the others but as I mentioned they are a bit bulky for during the day.

Any advice from you ladies?

your nappy looks good!! did you sew the elastic on the outside though? wouldn't that rub on baby's skin?

Thanx.

I am really not sure what the material is called. silly of me, I should have asked.
I got it at a Bernina shop. they used it to make waterproof mattress protectors for special needs kids.
they usually don't keep material like that, but they had some left over so I could purchase thereoff.

Looking good Stella!

Where did you get the waterproofing material you speak of? It's not PUL right?
