@2kidmamma, are you potty training full blow on now? can you advise a bit...I am so tired of struggling with D...we put him on the pot daily, and nothing happens, I am not at the every 15 mins thing yet, I have done that and it is more frustration. Sorry I have been so scarce but it's been for a good reason or two. Doodlebums is doing really well and i'm trying to keep head above water with orders and invoices etc. Secondly my "Day Job" Office has just moved and we are still settling in so it's a bit mad.

Anina, have you used the Potty training pants yet? I got my son some of the Earthbabies Potty pants and they are really really great. They are what they say, they take one full wee with no leaks just wetness on the inside of the pants. I havn't had to change clothes at all. I am very impressed.

@ Wilma, I found the Earthbabies really absorbant and fitted really well. I just used the Econobum cover with it so i am not sure about the Eartbabies covers but they look really nice and are made using PUL fabric so it's good quality.

Ok on another note, there was an advertorial done for Doodlebums in a Newsletter for "Life in balance. It's an extract from the website. Thought you might find it interesting reading

I can't wait for Friday when my hubby gets paid, then I can order my Econobum nappies for Claudia.

SO excited My boss (I'm a nanny) has decided to go cloth Baby is due in 5 weeks time but she wants to put all 3 kids in cloth nappies because at the moment we go through a pack of Pampers every week (and that's me being VERY careful with nappies, used to be worse when they were in daycare)

She's decided on the AIO Bamboo ones. It will of course mean I have to do a bit of washing at work but I don't really mind (and considering I already feed and bath my child with hers I might just be able to chuck my nappies in the wash with hers too ) I introduced her to cloth training pants (the BM ones) and she really liked them.

Lol, who would have thought nappies would make a person so excited lol!

I just googled "carte blanch cloth nappy" and found a forum where ladies were discussing what were said. Apparently the 'expert' said NOT HAVING CHILDREN is the best for the environment :-o

I don't want to get into the argument as such. I prefer cloth and that's that. There is a time and place for both cloth & disposable.

But anyways, glad we all have that (love of cloth nappies) in common on this thread
