Bahia, we have some strong-willed babies in the July group hey!
Have you tried pasta, any kind will do but B loves her multi coloured screw pastas and usually eats the green ones first. You should perhaps also give meat a try. I don't know if she'd be able to really 'eat' it but she'd get what she needs from meat by just sucking on it. If you don't have allergies in your family I don't really see the need to wait with scrambled eggs, just make it so that there are a few 'big' pieces which she can hold (if you eat that, I know our cultures differ) Cheese perhaps only once or twice a week, other things you can give once or twice a week is sausages, baked beans, ham and bacon (I doubt whether the last two will be for you but I added it anyway

)
You could also add cucumber and tomatoes (the cute cherry ones, just cut it in half so she can bite it) potatoes and rice. I know the smaller things can seem impossible for them to pick up but they learn only when its given to them to try. For breakfast you can give any type of cereal (like otees or weetbix) that doesn't have added sugar, honey or chocolate. But try and stay away from 'high fibre'
Furthermore anything you eat will be fine to give her to try (except in the case of allergies) she can just reject it or not be able to pick it up. As long as you have a healthy balanced meal then you can just dish her up her own plate
