Hello Ladies, I gave birth to a baby boy, on the 1 April at 21:51, succedful VBAC. Thanks to Midwife Phindi and her assistant they were wonderful and patient with me, as I was not coping with the pain! I also took pain medication, but went well with no tear!!
I will try to post a picture.

Good luck to all other ladies who are hoping for VBAC!!!

You might also try meditation/self-hypnosis and make love (releases oxytocin) and eat spicy food to get your gastric juices moving!!
