Zee believe me I know it's so hard to not be scared, I don't think it's possible

... I would be okay with one thing and start fearing another, but hey in a few weeks you'll be laughing at yourself
Lots of it, filled a whole tub with it.......water..... hahaahhaa.. No I didn't take any pain medication, I was nicely armed, spoke to myself in my head to calm myself down, breathed funny like you can only do in labour, all these things that I thought are weird

I did them and they work....picturing yourself open up, talking to baby...the whole sheebang..... Oh ya, heat against my back during the early contractions, I was lying on my side and would press against my back harder as the contraction peaked, that would have me dosing off to sleep before the contraction is over, that's what I did at home till I told hubby its time to go. In the car I would lean forward and do all the weird things and the aaaaahhhhh when it decided to pop out.. But ya, this labour was much simpler than my son's labour so ya I didn't get to the point of "I want an epidural now" or the "I can't do it, I'm gonna die"... I was expecting that, maybe just so I can laugh at myself after haha, but the only sign that I was close to the end of the tunnel was that I was pushing

....
