Hi Zee,

Your shoe size? Now that you mention it I do remember when I was doing a lot of research on VBAC vs elective cesarean that women of small stature and shoe size 3 or less are less likely candidates for successful VBAC...however you are trying for natural first time birth so no one knows how you're body and baby will react during labour. Sounds a bit bizarre to me, so I honestly don't know. What did she say about your pelvis? Sometimes they can tell from experience if you are likely to have trouble during natural birth.

Hello ladies,

I'm still hoping for a natural birth. My GP mentioned something about my shoe size and my pelvis, apparently according to her I might have some trouble with a Vaginal birth. any thoughts on that?

Hi Win123 & all moomies,

I thought I'd post an update since I also still follow this thread.

Win, I recon the two of us are due around the same time if I remember correctly? My due date is 26 March. That is according to my 12 week scan and not my cycle and estimated conception date which makes my due date 5 days earlier.

I will be attempting VBAC should I go into labour before 40 weeks, but I requested for a cesarean to be done on my due date. Doctor said we could wait until I go into labour spontaneously but I asked not to go past my due date, and will most probably have a cesarean on the morning of the 26th.

How is everyone else doing? I would love to hear how all the babies and mommies are!
