Thank you Zel, but in real life my bump looks a lot bigger than on the photo. Maybe because I lifted my one arm, But hey, I love my camera, because on the photo you cannot see that I already picked up 10kg. Or maybe my weight gain got something to do with water retention.

I have a lot of kiddies b-day parties for the next few weeks, but two are on a Sunday and one on a Friday. So I’m open the 24the and then I’m busy the weekend of the 1ste of October, but then open again every weekend except for the 5th of Nov.

So excited to meet the girls. Place that I know that is nice for moms and kids are Cornish Kettle next to the Plantland on your way to Irene. Or our place is also available for a “kuier”.

We have thought of names, Mia or Anè, but now my DH can’t decide on a name, so at the moment this little one’s name is: “Sussie”. I told my DH that he must decide quickly, because I also want to talk to “sussie” and call har by name.

Hubby and I have deciced on a girls name, but we haven't thought of any for a boy. When I was pregnant with Z, we only decided about 2 weeks before her birth on a name. We really struggled, we could never agree on anything.

The only weekend I have booked so far in the future is 5 November. Im flexible on any other dates.

I felt movement earlier with the 2nd/3rd pregnancy ChubbyChick, but like Carlene I felt it only once, then only a few weeks thereafter again, and from about 19 weeks it was daily movement.

Ashleigh, will it be possible to post or mail some pics of the spoegdoeke?

I had a babyshower for each of my sons, and my mom asked me to make a list of things I need for the LG, so I'm sure she's planning something. But it wil be something small, just for the family whom are are really close to us. We are still strugling with a name, and it's bothering me now, I want to call her on her name, otherwise she's gonna be stuck with sussa!

I started to feel movement with my first LG round about 16wks and then again after 20wks, with this one I felt movement the first time at about 12wks and then again round about 13wks and then again at 16wks. Since the weekend I started to feel movement daily.

I was just wondering. For those of you whose 2nd or 3rd pregnancies these are, when did you feel movement with your first one and when (if already) with your second one?

Yes, I agree with you Ashleigh. But I think what irritates me most of my MIL, is the fact that she spoke of Emma when she was still a baby as: ‘die baba’ and never as Emma. When she came to visit us, it was always: ‘ waar is die baba’ or ‘jy moet tussen die baba se tone ook afdroog’. Gosh, I’m not 17 anymore. You see, she is a teacher and for the passed 15years she worked with “special” children. So now she thinks I’m “a special child” as well.
And my LG is very happy with my mom. And she gets the attention that she needs.

That’s cool; our appointment with Dr Trouw is 17:15. Almost the same time. I think it is destined for us to meet sometime. We are basically neighbors and we go on the same day to the same hospital at almost the same time. I think we must all look at our dairies (not that I have one) and choose a few dates for ‘n lekker ladies kuier. Then we can choose the one that suites most of us. Hopefully all of us.
