Hey Ashleigh, we also stay in Rietvlei Veiw CE. We are currently renting a place in Pam str, but we are busy building in Grootfontein in Warrick str. Hopefully we can move into our new house in Des, just before baby arrives. I think our Pta girls must organize a get together. I’m working for Doxa Deo Church, and I’m thinking of sending my LG to this school in 2013, but next year I’m taking her to a school in Grootfontein.

We stay in Rietvlei View country estate out on delmas rd past the dam. Yes, its just him. It such a long sad story. But it comes down to the fact that his mother doesnt want the responsibility of raising him. So we have taken him in. It always helps to be closer to work.

Ewan is turning 5 in January Ashleigh. We stay in Elarduspark, but still undecided between Anton van Wouw - which is just around the corner from my work here in Brooklyn, or the other alternative(with the waiting list!) is Curro in Silver Lakes. If we decide to send him to Curro, then well move to that area, my husband is working out on the N4 near Boschkop/Donkerhoek, so it will be much nearer for him, and about the same distance for me. Where do you stay if you're sending your son to Elarduspark? Do you only have the one adopted boy?

Zelf - We also took our adopted son's enrollement forms in yesterday for GR R. He will be turning 5 next year. So he will be doing GR R for 2 years. The principle feels it does the child the world of good because then he will be more emotionally ready for GR 1. And they are already part of the school in Gr R and join in all the sport etc. He will be going to Elarduspark Laerskool in PTA. Where will you be sending you children?

Shame Ashleigh, it seems some kids get very sick from their injections, my niece was exactly the same. My kids luckily have no side effects from them. The medical aid thing is stressful - hope you get it sorted!

My table is a mess, but I am not in the mood for work. Have to take my oldest boys enrollment papers in to school this afternoon for Grade RR, but apparently they're already full, he'll go unto the waiting list - argh!!

My LO was so sick from thursday to Sunday. Her highest temp was 40.5. Very Stressful. Her Paed told us she will get sick from the measles injection but I didnt think that her temp would go so high. Thank goodness she is better now.

My tummy is starting to show nicely now, but I still feel more fat that Pregnant

We are having such problems with our medical aid at the moment. I am so unsure about the fact, are they going to cover my pregnancy or not. So I have started to consider my options of having a home birth. Do any of you know of midwifes working in PTA east?
