2. Total weight gain/loss: Don't want to talk about it... It is so unfair that you girls can eat what you want and not pick up weight, I just look at something unhealthy and pick up 1kg.

4. Sleep: OK, but 8-9hours is not anough

Juandre LOL at the pregnancy hormones but you are right sometimes people go way beyond just giving their opinion.

To do the survery just highlight and copy the text and paste it into a new post and put in your answers - that should work.

Going to Spur tonight for a friends sons birthday dinner. The last 2 times i went the food was terrible so I really hope it is better this time because I love food at the moment!!!

I just have to vent.... I know someone who moved to New Zealand a few years ago. We used to canoe together. Anyway she arrived to visit her brother only to find her SIL murdered and the baby screaming in the cot. Within a month she had upped and left SA. For ages after she left she owuld read the SA online newspapers and post them on FB saying this is why she left and that everyone must follow. This used to drive me nuts. I totally understand her leaving but leave those who choose to live in this beautiful country alone. Her latest bug bear is The Mireina (an IUD with hormones that stops your period whilst on it). She says that it has caused her to be fat and depressed, and now that she has had it removed she has thyroid problems. Now I am not disputing this (although she has never been a thin girl even before she had the mireina) but she is telling everyone on FB to have it removed if they have it as it takes away your life. This mornings post says that she has put 2000 dollars aside to "claim back her life" stollen by the mireina. This time I just couldnt keep my mouth shut- I told her that I have at least 5 friends including my midwife who have one. My SIL is in fact the thinnest she has been her whole life whilst having it in and none of them are suffering with depression or thyroid.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I can not stand it when ppl try to impose their beliefs onto you.

Like having natural or c-section- this is a totally personal decision. As long as you know all the facts (pros and cons) of both options what you choose is what is best for you. DO not let anyone try talk you into what they believe is right. I remember being in hospital after I had Shiloe (she was breech and so I had to have a c-section after having my heart set on a totally natural birth) a friends mom said to me- that she is sorry that I lost out. I was like lost out on what and she said on having a special birth... I couldnt believe my ears. Her daughter 2 years ago also had to have a c-section due to very high BP and she made her feel like she lost out so much that my friend didnt bond with her baby for a while and kept saying when will she feel like a mom. Like a natural birth makes you feel any more a mom than a c-section.


Okay there you go- pregnancy hormones are out.... feel much better

Juandre glad you had a great birthday! I have also been wondering how to copy the survey...

Congrats on all the girls so far this week. Can't wait for tomorrow. I am a bit nervous now. Feels like exited nerves!!!I am starting to hope for a boy. Because I also realised how difficult a girl would be. Nappy rash, ouch! Never had that with my boy as a baby. A girl is just so much more sensitive there!!!

I will do the survey as soon as I went for my app tomorrow morning at 09h00. (before breakfast so I weigh less) haha, but that doctors scale won't be fooled!!!!!!!!!!!

Now.... for that mountain of washing!!

My birthday was wonderful, thank you for all the wishes.

Our renovations are coming along quickly, should all be done in 2 weeks time. The dust is just the pits

DH made me laugh, my LG is 11kg's and I pick her up all the time. He says he doesnt think I should still be carrying her around... I was going to correct him and say it is fine, but then thought I would rather stay quiet and use it to my advantage when needed.

So Durbs has had gorgeous weather this week. Now we are going away for the weekend and apparently there is a cold front coming
