Hope everyone had a good weekend!!

Vision - it's wonderful how our bodies change with the pregnancies! With my first I also had a flat tummy till about 16 weeks, only started to show at about 20 weeks, but boy-oh-boy did that change with second and third pregnancy! Although, it feels if my tummy is not so huge now for the past 2/3 weeks(or maybe I just got used to it )

How was Shiloe's tea party Juandre? Post some pics if you have time please. And did you enjoy the Moomie get together?

Hope you don't have high blood pressure this early on yet Carlene - did you go and get it checked? Did you enjoy your function?

How was your gynae appointment ChubbyChick? Good luck with all the travelling!

Sorry I have been MIA. Was in Cape Town and going again on Monday. Jeez, work never ends.

I am going to the gynae today for the downs screening. I am 14 weeks on Monday. So something to look forward to is seeing "gogga" again. My MS is almost gone and my headaches are better. So yes, I am feeling better now. I will never meet moomie mums as I am in the Free State.

Zelf - sorry about your LG's feet. But like the rest said, they can fix it and maybe, just maybe it isn't even so.

Juandre - enjoy the party!

Carlene - glad you feel better after the "make-over"

Carol - Enjoy the trip to the grandparents! My LG has only one grandparent left.

Well ladies I am having my third and I look 6 months at 10 weeks . But Ive decided not to worry and just to enjoy being a pregnant woman.

When I was on the June 2010 thread most of the ladies were from CT and they still meet now. There was nobody that was from Durbs and it seems the same again this time around

Zelf, sorry to hear about you LG feet. It make me think, maybe I must go for the fetal assessment, then, we can be prepared id something is wrong. Will talk to my DH tonight.
Yes Vision, it is funny how one show earlier with the second baby. I’m 18wks today, but look the same as when I was 6mnts with my first LG. And yesterday the water retention start, so my feet look like “Elephant feet” I must go to Dischem to have my BP checked, with my first pregnancy the water retention when apart with High blood pressure.

Jaundre, the tea party sounds so nice. I can’t wait for my girl to be that age that I can give her a proper tea party for her birthday. LG are so special and I love mine to bits.
My DH got a conference or something in Durban from 17-19October and a wedding on the 15th. I tried to get some accommodation on our holiday club, but couldn’t get any. And then I decided not to go with, because he will be gone everyday for the whole day, and I’ll rather spent some time with him when we can both be on leave. I’m still thinking of flying with him just for the wedding. Then maybe we can have our own moomie meet Jaundre.

Well, I went to my SIL yesterday. She is a hairdresser. I put in some highlights and she straightened my hair for me. Feel a bit better about myself after the hair doe. We are going to a function this evening. It was formal, but luckily they changed it to “Cocktail wear”. I’m very glad for the, because I couldn’t find a dress that would fit over my stomach.

Zel- Keep us informed on what the specialist say once you chat to one. But try to concentrate on what a blessing your LG will be. Girls are just the bestest!!!! You get to have tea parties and put hair up in pig tails.

So I am all set for Shiloe's party on Saturday- a friend has loaned me some gorgeous floral chair covers for the little chairs. Pots with little fake flowers in, pink pots for the sweets, cup cake holders and I spoke to the venue last night and they are setting up a small gazebo with draping. I bought gorgeous mini tea cups and saucers from Mr. P.

On Sunday all the Moomies from Durban are having a get together. I am very excited to finally meet the ladies. I know the moomies in CT often meet and I have been so jealous.

Zelf I am so sorry about the problem with your LG's foot. My nephew had a club foot when he was born. He had to wear a cast for a couple of months during his first year. My SIL said it was more painful for him than for her. I am not sure how they treat it now but I am sure technology is advance cause he is 16 now. He is fine now and plays soccer and is very active.
I am so glad she is healthy in everything else and growing nicely!!

Juandre I love tea parties and I am sure your daughter is going to have an amazing time. good luck with all the planning!

Carolsch hope you have a safe trip to ouma and oupa - I am sure you are going to have a great time and your LB is going to be spoilt rotten. So sweet he wants to go now - kids dont know about patience yet

Cant believe how quickly I am starting to show this time. At 12 weeks with my 1st I had a flat stomach - with this one I have a little tummy already! Obviously didnt do enough sit ups to strengthen those stretched stomach muscles
