Hi LADIES thanks for all the advice regarding Amazon ill look into all the options .@Cakes the 12 week scan is very clear you can see everything the small hands,feets and all its soo cute .I cant wait to gor for the next scan and its only in October i also want to see whether we having a BOY or GIRL its our first child so anything will make us Happy but am really hoping for a boy .

Zee - just to let you know we recently imported Kindle's from Amazon , it was delivered to our door by DHL and they already put the duties in when you request the product , it still worked out cheaper to buy from them than locally , and they were very quick to deliver.

Zee - Import duties payable at the place where you'll collect your parcel. My husband once important a computer / media centre and he had to pay the taxes at Capemail where he collected his parcel. I have no idea how much it will be or how to calculate it. I have googled it and found these two links that might help you:

I don't know much about import duties but know not all things have import duties.

Found out this afternoon we're expecting a girl. I'm happy because now I get to buy cute girly outfits but I'm also concerned as you have so much more to protect a girl from. Eish. And now to find a name! I like Katja but hubby not buying it as he works with a lady by that name who is very erm... shortsighted... lol He said if he has to he'll prefer Katje.

My son's name is Dieter and our surname is Huysamen. So it has to be German/Afrikaans sounding as I am not a fan of English names with Afrikaans surnames. I know her surname will change D.V. if she marries but ja, that's just me. Example, if we had another boy and we called him Vladimir it would just sound wrong: Vladimir Huysamen.... right? lol
