Cookie monster - It is so nice to chat with other pregnant woman. My husband thinks the baby is all I can talk about. But I am sooo exited and I just can't help myself. Once we know the gender it will make it more real for him. Sometimes I can see he is exited, other times it looks like he can't be bothered. But that is just the way they are. And we are very emotional and might think they don't care. But we know its not true

Mom2be, I am home all day and I also keep walking to the fridge. And every night I promise myself that tomorrow I will do better! Aaaag, its no use. I am just so hungry every 2 or 3 hours. And I think I picked up some weight. Will check in the morning again.

Now you got me thinking about names.

Hope you dont mind me joining... I am due the 16th of March 2012 roughly so almost 8 weeks and would love to chat.

This little one is a real surprise as we were not trying yet but am very excited now that I am getting over the shock...

I am almost 25 and have a 2 year little girl. I have been chatting on moomie for ages with my July 2009 mom group...

@Maureen its the second appointment my first appointment was when i was 6weeks but the was nothing much to see then it was just to confirm the pregnancy @Cookie dont stress about hubby dear am so in the same situation i feel like he forgets that am pregnant sometimes he doesnt give all the attention i want its worse because its our first child but at leat he helps with household chores

Cookie - so sorry you are feeling so off. Don't worry about your Dh, they will come around. Mine was the same at first and is only now starting to warm up. It isn't like he isn't excited it is just that he has gone through it already with the first one so this is nothing new to him. Just ask him to be more sensitive with the pregnancy and towards you.

I had Steers for lunch now - I know I am going to be as big as a house after this baby is born, but right now I don't give a damn!

Welcome to all the new pregnant fairies and hope you have a H&H pregnancy.

Not like mine, seems i am the only person happy about my pregnancy. Last night i was in tears and my BF just laughed at me. He told me he isn't into this pregnancy yet, not like he was with my LG. I told him (well shouted at him): "You were not there to see the heartbeat with me, if you saw that then you would feel how i feel".

When i saw that heartbeat and that lil monster moving around inside me, i knew then and there, That lil monster is mine.

I am still emotional today, balling my eyes out for nothing.

Still haven't told anybody else about me being pregnant. Waiting for the sex before i make it public to the rest of the family.

Ag i am having a terrible week this week so far. I think i should just take another day off and stay in bed. Maybe that could work.

Thanks IlseRoss, like Milah spelled like this the most!! We know too many children with the name Leah/Lia/Liya/Lea - but pretty!(also my SIL suggestion) I like Catelyn as well!

Hi Zelf don't mind you using the name. You get different spellings Milla, Mila or Milah (I think the last one is the prettiest. I liked the name Zoe Lisa as well (as you can tell I have a thing for 2 names don't know why. Then there's Leah. Other names I liked anastasia (stacie short) emmerencia (emma) other wize if you want to combine your mothers names catelyn. Just a thought. Chow
