I had a very busy day at work, and a very needy LG at home. I feel a better now that I’m on antibiotics, thnx Zel I’m very “naar” and

the whole weekend, but I don’t know if it is the MS or the sinus.
Welcome Cakes. With my first pregnancy, I didn’t feel pregnant until 7 or 8wks, when the MS got hold of me. But my MS was not half as bad as the MS with this pregnancy. My theory is that your body doesn’t know exactly what is happening with the first pregnancy. That is why you will probably not know you’re pregnant until you miss your period. I realize I was pregnant the second time almost a week before my missed period. Because my body recognized the ‘signs’.
Maureen, did you survive your first day of your son at the playgroup? Did he enjoy it? Well Emma must go to pre-school next year and it is already stressful for me.
Ilse, how was your scan? Are you having twins or not?
Jolene, glad you could see your bean today. Hope your son and DH are better.
Cookie, so sorry about your budget for the month. I was also very shocked when I found out the downs blood tests was more that a R1000.00
M2B, nice pic of your little bean. It is so nice to hear the heartbeat for the first time. I think especially for you with all that you’ve been through the past month.
Cubby, I don’t think you need to worry. I think the gyne would be honest with you if there was something wrong. Like Lollipop said, sperms can survive in the body for more than a week. The “male” sperms usually live for 2-3 days, but the “female” sperm can survive up to 7-10days.
Carol, I’m also struggling with my constant visits to the loo for a “wee”. Especially at night time. I can’t remember that it was this bad with the first pregnancy. I think only the last 2 or 3 months.
Well, I must take my little one to bed. I also hope my DH get some more sleep tonight.
