Hi Cakes welcome! and congrats! It is normal with some pregnancies to not have any symptoms. Well with my son I only had sore boobs and fatique, mild cramping from uterus stretching and felt "naar" every now and then. Nothing compared to this time around. Very tired, very sore breasts, very bad backache, very bad nausea (not throwing up though) And pee like I have got a bottle water glued to my mouth. So relax every pregnancy is different!

Ashleigh, did you see you LO yet? Any PIcs? Hope your friends baba will be okay. So TINY!!! Glad to hear its going well.

Carlene, hope your cough is better and that emma is feeling better? oh and that DH can get some sleep hehe.

Maureen, Shame!!! I know you want to phone every minute! Don't worry tomorrow will be better. Well slighty As long as he enjoyed it!

Chubby, I don't think you need to worry. I don't think anything is wrong. If sperm couldn't servive that long, then you would not have been pregnant. But you are! Relax and wait for your next scan.

Jolene, hope your boys are doing better. Wash those hand frequently so you and baby can stay healthy

Chubby, sperm can stay alive in our bodies between 7 and 10 days, so dont stress

Hi ladies,

I am really worried now. I am supposed to be 9weeks today but as you all remembered I went to the gynae last week. I was supposed to be 8weeks 2days then, but the sonar only said 7 weeks 2 days. The gynae said it is due to me ovulating later than I thought. BUT we BD'ed on the 12th of June for the last time since I was suppose to ovulate around then. If I ovulated a week later it means that my DH sperms survived for more than a week. And that is not possible!!! So now I am stressed that something is wrong with my little bean, because why is the bean so far back in growth then?

Had my scan today and have been bumped up a week and am now 9 weeks preggy and due date of the 3rd March 2012 All was well and DH came with so he heard the heartbeat! LO now has a head and arms (not sure where the legs were hiding!) and was was wriggling around like mad was so cute!! Otherwise all is well and back to normal!

Wow Cookie shame thats a LOT!!! At least you got to see and hear the heartbeat When you say the Dr saw something do you mean something bad??? I hope not! I like the names you have chosen as well.

Cakes as Justine pointed out we all have it different but I know what you are talking about as i have absolutley no symptoms at all and dont "feel" pregnant but now i have a bump and tired all the time but apart from that nothing!!

Hope everyone had a great weekend, The gynie and blood tests set me back a whooping R2300 all together so i am broke this month....eeek anyway i was so happy to see my monster for the first time and the heart beat was the cherry on the top. I started crying when i saw its heartbeat (just knowing everything is A okay). Dr told me that "it" is measuring 10.6cm and he thought he saw something but wasn't going to assume, so now i got to wait till 29 September to see my mini me again.

Keeping my Gynie appointments minimal this time round as it is very expensive.

Already thought of Names for this one...as i dont want to be in labour and still decide on a name for baby.

Boy: Zachary / Zavier
Girl: Paula / Pauline

I went for my first scan this morning. It was great. Our beany is so small, dr had to search for it! Luckely by next app we will be able to hear the heartbeat! I can't wait. I don't know how to post pics, but will post my scan as soon as i figured it out.

How are all the other ladies doing?

This is deffenitly the "silly season" for Flu's an coughs Both my boys, dh and son, are sick, so i am trying to afoid the germs, but also seeing to them
