I am so jealous Juandre!!! I have not seen snow either! It sounds if you had so much fun. I would NEVER make it to not find out the gender of the baby. Hope that it was not the start of MS for you.

My son is back at school - and much better! We are going to an open day at Curro School later today, can't believe it's time for him to move to a big school! He is going to Grade RR next year, it feels like yesterday when we went to Kloof to have this baby, and January it will be 5 years!!

I typed this whole msg out and thank goodness I save it before I posted it as it did not post!!!

Morning Ladies,

Took the day off yesterday and took Shiloe into the Midlands to see the snow. It was so much fun. We built snowmen, attacked eachother with snow balls and lay in the snow and made snow angels. It was the first time DH and Shiloe had seen the snow. We left MG at home as we didnt know what the weather would be like up there but we could have taken her.

Carol- you asked about weighless. Yes they give you a special formula when you are pregnant so that you eat enough of the right stuff. The aim is not to put on more than 12 kg's in your 40 weeks. They have a program for if you were at your goal weight or if you are already overweight. So I was good and didnt put too much on, my problem has been that I havent lost the last 6kgs and it is all sitting on my tummy. I said to DH yesterday that I am hoping not to grow until baby is fitting into the tummy I already have. I will take a pic and post and you will all see that I look 5 months but am only 5 weeks
I am not going to weighless this time around as I have the book and formula already. I plan to start following it again from Monday.

This morning I threw up . I meet my aunt and friends for coffee most mornings and I was telling them about this interesting wine maker we met last night at wine club and all of a sudden I had to run off to the loo. I hope this is not the start of MS

So we have not managed to keep quiet about baba... all our close friends and family now know. I am trusting that nothing will go wrong but if it does at least they will be there to support us!

We found out what we were having with both our girls but have decided to not find out this time... well that is if we can manage (a friend of mine says she will take a R100 bet that I will not manage). But I am tempted to do the blue/ pink test for fun. I am not sure how accurate they are.

Carlene- I will keep you and Emma in my thoughts. Sending lots of good energy your way!!!

How are all you ladies this morning????

I took Emma to the doctor again yesterday, because the swollen gland is not gone. Well, he send us for a sonar of her neck and they found a whole string of swollen glands in her left side of her neck and two big one in her right side. One is 12.9mm x 5.9mm. We took the report back to the doctor and he now referred us to a specialist at Kloof hospital. We’re going to see him Tuesday 2nd Aug and then he must decide if he wants to do a biopsy or not. Please pray with us that it is only an inflammation that is causing this.
