What a week??? So glad it's over! I only work till 16:15 and then longweekend for me! Leaving for Drakensville tomorrow at 1 o'clock and coming back on Sunday. Taking my LG with me.

I have a take-away craving. Pizza, hamburgers, Zinger wings, etc. Doubt my DH will let me have some

I am bit stressed about the fact that I have 3 weeks left then it is annual leave and then maternity leave. Not only that but I have so much work coming my way in the next two weeks.

The fact that we have to move while I am still pregnant, it is a bit heavy on my heart. But a girl has to do what a girl has to do! Tomorrow I am 30 weeks pregnant! Next week Tuesday is my next appointment and I can't wait. It is also DH Birthday on Monday!

Bosses are just pains. Well, I actually have a better word for it, but I think I will rather keep it to myself.
Our one accounted resigned in Jun this year. Well she, the other accounted and the boss were the three administrators on the internet banking. When she left, she gave her passwords to me and my friend who is sitting next to me. Since she left, with every office meeting, we will tell him that we need our own rights because it is a risk to use someone else’s passwords. Last week we had to do an urgent payment, but the persons details was not loaded on the system, so we couldn’t load it, because we don’t get the sms. So I mailed my boss and I told him that we cannot load new beneficiaries and he just mailed me back saying it is because of “Onderskeiding van pligte”. What ever… Well, today, they ask my friend to release a big payment, but it didn’t want to go through because the other girl cannot release such big amount and we can’t change it on her profile. Then all of a sudden we got an e-mail, saying we must go to the bank to get the admin rights and we must stop using the other girl’s passwords. And we told him before, that we won’t be able to go to the bank, because they will laugh at us, because we don’t have signature rights on that account. So I phoned the bank and HE must write a letter, requesting it.

Maureen, when a man is in a bad mood I usually call it: “stingel stress” It is a lack of, you know what… I don’t know if he’s married or not, but obviously he didn’t score the previous night and now he is taking it out on you. Here it is the same with us, the bosses can chop and change meetings so that is fit there schedule, doesn’t matter if it fit ours.

Zel, so glad everything is good with your LG and that she reached the 2kg mark. Hope she stays put until next year.

Thanks ladies, the meeting did go well. He was in a better mood, and in is strange way he did say sorry, even gave me a compliment during the meeting. But it is still unacceptable behaviour from him. He tends to blow his top often but never directed at me.

Maureen, is the manager is in a better mood today?? If that's your arrangement with them for those days, they have to stick to it! It's just ignorance from his side. This time of year is so bad - everyones tempers fly up at the slighest thing! Hope for you its better today.

Sorry to hear about your boss. They can be such idiots sometimes. If they take a moment and use there peanut and think life would be much easier. How must your son get home??

Morning Ladies,

Ash - I sent the emails this morning containing the pictures.

Ladies I had an awful end to yesterday. All because of my manager. There was a meeting scheduled for 11am between him, me, the project manager and the project engineer. My manager then lets us all know he moved the meeting to 3. I let his PA know that I can only stay till 3.30 as I have to pick up my son. He gets to the meeting at 3.30 just I am about to leave. While not there I discussed everything with with the PM and PE and they where fine with me leaving as they could now inform him as to where we stand. Anyway he then goes off and tells me he will not have another meeting without me there, and where I am I going, so I reply saying to fetch my son, then he says from where, and I am like from school. Everybody knows that on a Wednesday and a Thursday I can't make other arrangements for someone to fetch Jamie, I have too. In any way he just about lost it. I was so angry when I left, as he just stormed out!
