Mandy lucky fish having appointment moved forward!! Mine is at 5pm on Thursday!!!!!! I hate late appointments but my gynae is sooo fully booked at this stage...I'm doing 2 weekly until the end as no space for weekly (good on my pocket though:) ).

Mandy yes I stretch my freakin leg and then its too late...its soooo frustrating and painful:( G is talking about a 3rd and 4th child...I turn 31 next month...how the diggins will I handle a pregnancy at 33 or 34???? HECK NO!!

My friend had her lb the weekend. She was very much wanting c-section and then we went to baby sense and she changed her mind to give natural a go. Her waters broke on Saturday...she went to hospital a few hours later...but wasnt in active labour yet. THey said they'd give something to start that but not sure when they were planning to.....as 16hrs after her waters broke...they hadnt even done internal. Gynae rocked up the next morning at about 10am saying her cervix was narrow so she can try natural, but big baby and his head will probably get stuck (can any informed natural birth moms comment on this?). After being treated badly by nurses all night, having them tell her DH to go home and she stayed in hospital alone with pains all night....she just agreed to c-section. Baby was a 'whopping' 2.7kgs at birth.

I think this gynae just didnt want to spend his Sunday with a pro longed labour. My friend disappointed as she is now in pain, but still very much loving the experience of being a mommy and not letting doc/nurses ruin that for her.

Addison has been telling my mom that she just wants her 'blover' to come out now so she can uppie him:) I cant wait to see how they interact. Just so worried about missing her those nights i am in hospital! Any of you concerned about the same thing with your older kids?

Simone, MY FRIEND, - I hear you! sorry you are so sore but honestly DITTO!!! I have also stretched my legs in bed to feel my calve muscles tensing up but managed to pull my legs out of it so that they didnt actually cramp if that makes ANY sense.. but yes, pain pain pain in my groin and I HAD NONE OF THIS in my first preg! yip 34 yrs old might be the cause but also first baby might have caused our weakenesses!!

I tried to express with my sisters Medela Mini breast pump and HATED it, hated the feeling, hid away and was embarressed and it took forever!! so just not for me!

Just a quick update as I am snowed under at work! Reagan is 1.6 kilograms with his head being 28cm already. Going for my steriods tonight and tomorrow night. Ouch!

I used the Medela Mini Electric and I was fine with that, I only expressed for 8 weeks. This one I am only going to breastfeed, I hope.

Carlene & Maureen, Lise from Lali's took the boys school photos this year, and it came out nice. She is cheap! The lady that I normally use, is way more expensive, but she is a natural lights photographer.

I borrowed the Avent Manual breastpump from a friend with Ewan, although I managed to use it, it took forever! My friend on the other hand was fine with it. Bought a Medela Swing with Janu(got it on Gumtree for very cheap, was still brandnew sealed in box, lady ordered it, and when it came she had problems and stopped breastfeeding) I LOVED it. Very quick and silent.

I also managed to finally find a bag I liked. I was waiting for baby Boom to get in their JJ Cole bags, but 2 weeks later and I keep calling and nothing, so I found a nice-ish bag at Edgars and packed baby's things the weekend...so thats done...bummed about the JJ Cole, but ya...just a bag and I guess I saved money:)

Zel F...I LOVE THE PICS!!! Oh my how cute is that!! We're having a white compactum made...but now your brown is looking so stunning!! LOVE IT! And the crib? HOw adorable!!!

Amanda....sorry about windy baby shower...but nice re: gifts! How much is Vica weighing now?

Carol which breastpump will you be using? I need to decide on a brand. Was thinking of hiring one from hospital first to try out before I buy???

Vision are you feeling better today? With Addison I think I had 4 showers....this time round I think i'll have 2...possibly 3. Church having one after baby is born and maybe they'll have one at work for me, but I'm not sure as I am new here. So nice that you can re-use Bekah's stuff! I finally gave Addison's baby clothes away last week...was very emotional for me:(

Was off yesterday as I had muscle spasm in BOTH calves on Friday night...was so sore I was limping (left leg really bad)...and then my pelvic area so sore....Didnt have this in first pregnancy. Am so tired....so just took the day off to rest. Not the wisest move as every day I take is one day later I work in December. Was supposed to finish the 7th but now it'll be the 14th...no idea how I'll make it. I swear being pregnant at 30 vs 27...very different! These last few weeks feel like they'll be a killer!!!!!!!!!!!

Im so tired today wish i was still in bed. My domestic didnt come to work yesterday so when I got home i had to do washing and dishes and tidy up a bit.
