Wow i have missed a lot!!
i've tried to keep up but my lg is keeping me very busy!! she is adorable and 3 weeks tomorrow but hey its tough being a 1st time mom!! but i survived so far!!

Mckkim he is just too cute and looks so small but 3.75kg is big Good thing you had the c-section and glad he is healthy!

Congratulations Ginah! 2 must be your lucky number with all your children born with a 2 in their day - thats really cool!!!

Elamsmom glad your baby shower was lovely! regarding bottles havent even decided I have one Nuk and 2 Avent think im leaving it to the last minute, if I cant breastfeed will then get the bottles.
As for labour pains been having lots of sharp shooting pains but thats about it, you a week further than me are you having anything?

BettsF you must be counting down the days now, im definitely feeling tired from 3pm onwards! You at least already on maternity leave, my mother is pressing me to at least only work half day from next week but I unfortunately cant until im 100% sure my replacement knows what is going on.

Otherwise from my side ill be 37 weeks tomorrow, everyone thinks baby will be coming soon but my gynae only gets back from leave next week wed so praying baby doesnt come before then. Definitely feeling my joints expanding all over my body especially early in the morning!

Feels good to be back to normal again I must say.
I am really loving my bundle of joy.

Esmom this is my third baby,I have two girls (7and 2).
All my kids are September babies 2,12 and 22-guess we can
just throw one birthday party for all three of them.
RE bottles I will b using tommee tippee again, I just love it.
I am still exclusively breastfeeding at the moment though.

Hey there, im also on leave as of today, exactly 37 weeks today. Went to see my dr and all is well. Baba weighing in at about 3kg. Im csec is scheduled for next wed, so ten more sleeps, im really tired but not quite sure if im ready for baba to arrive. Im also nervous about the procedure itself. Elamsmom im using tippe toppee bottles this time, i used avent last time and was very happy with them but i wanna try something new this time. I still hve to buy some stuff, like diapers, maybe a few more clothes, i had bought a whole lot of summer stuuf, but im glad i bought some long sleeve stuff now, coz the weathe weather keeps changing.

Congrats Ginah! 37 weeks! I'm soooo jealous. My baby is showing absolutely ZERO sign of being ready to come anytime soon and i'm 38wks1day today. Is this your 2nd or your 3rd? Sorry, can't remember now (my memory has become SOOOO bad!)

McKim: what an adorable little baba!

My baby shower was on Saturday and it was really lovely! I got a lot of awesome gifts but I still needed a lot of the small stuff. so yesterday i went to baby city to exchange some duplicates and also went to Woolies to buy her more clothes cos she didnt get a lot of clothes. Fortunately I'd bought some Woolies vouchers incase i needed to buy a lot of stuff after the baby shower.

What bottles did everyone decide on?

Anyone else in labour or feeling signs?

I am on maternity leave so posting from home. Yippee!!!have a good week all.
