Hi ladies
Yes, you are right. We need to start taking it easy. I think I had this menatlity that i didnt want to show any weakness just because I am pregnant. Like I felt this huge pressure to keep up. But after I got into trouble with my midwife, and after all of your reminders about how important it is to slow down now, I have really made an effort to set some limits for myself.
I was supposed to travel to Port Elizabeth this weekend for my husband's friend's son's1st birthday party but I actually realised that I was just pushing myself too hard. My hubby is leaving early so it would be just me and my LG! Travelling alone with a toddler is hard at the best of times. Never mind at almost 36 weeks pregnant!
@Belaine: hope tests go well today and that baby's lungs are fully developed. Wow, to think you'll be holding your little princess in your arms tomorrow! I'm so jealous!
@Lauz: Those Nursing belly tank tops sound very practical. I will look for them. Where did hubby buy yours? I'm all for anything that makes breastfeeding easier and more comfortable.
@Monic@R: Yes, I definitely hope to feel the pressure after the babyshower. The babyshower is on the 8th of September so I'll only have 3 weeks left after that before baby comes! So, I BETTER kick my a$$ into gear!
I think i'm losing track of when everyone is due so maybe let's do a re-cap.
This is me:
