As for me :
Nothing much to report other than the pelvic pain is horrible and my carpal tunnel is coming back - had numb hands when I woke up at 23:00 to wee. I am also moody as hell.

My babyshower is next week. I am not the type of person who takes a suprise very well and add a pregnancy to the mix calls for disaster. I have actually been very involved which I love. My very good friend is organizing it, but I am in charge of the thank you favours. Have made a candy buffet with little take-away boxes.

Baby is not going to have her own room, but will occupy a corner in our room, but I am treating that as her nursery. Theme is owls and everything is almost done. Just need to put everything together.

Hi there

i've been struggling with headaches went to dr on Monday everything was normal my bp and sugar everything so was booked of till today. Went back today because the headaches didnt stop he got something in my urine i have some infection are on antibiotics and booked of till Friday. I appreciate the sleep though. he gave me an injection and I slept the whole day.

Looking forward to my scan the 31st July.

Lauz will send you that list when i get back to work on Friday.

I've got a suspicion that my babshower is next weekend but im not 100% certain.
I only got a book from my MA which i already had.
Apparently we getting a small hamper when you book your bed from the gynea. The hospital have bags but you have to buy them.

Zoe i crave sweets, not something specific every week is something different, I had for marshmallows, dummies, caramel bears, bar one, cupcakes cant even remember the other. O and toffee lux and rascals.

Wow it seems like it's been a while.

Thanks Nola for the tip on the gaviscon.
Will definitley try having it befor supper. My heartburn is horrible and I don't like food anymore because of it.

Any one having cravings? I keep getting asked that question, especially in the office, and the truth is I have not experienced it.

I went to the hospital yesterday and fetched the bed booking forms. I have completed it and will drop it off maybe tomorrow afternoon. The nice thing is that you get a free 4D scan, which my gynae failed to tell us about. I had a 4D scan done at 22 weeks which we paid for.
Anyway the hospital sends you for one if you book your bed, and its done from 28 - 32 weeks.

Thanks Elamsmom, will stop at Checkers tomorrow and get some stuff.

I'm so tired and suffering with bad insomnia. I wake up in the middle of the night to pee, and then I can't get back to sleep.

Dh has the flu, so he's sleeping in the other bedroom, and I have the whole bed to myself, which is nice

Hello Ladies

Welcome back Nola
Well the interview people raised my hopes for nothing.
On MOnday the H.R. lady sent me an email asking for
qualifications,ID copy and drivers licence. Since monday I
havent heard from them and have let it go.

Scan today went well, baby has turned and is now weighing
1.8kg at 30weeks. Dr is happy with the progress and my next
scan is in three weeks,I have booked to go at 34weeks. I am
tired now,really dont know how i will survive till end of August.

Wow Robyn you guys are making nice progress, nothing good like
a new home.Its also nice that you have found tenants.
Pliz let us know how your scan went, we couldnt get a nice pic too squashed.

Nola I am not having a shower especially since its my third baby.
JB good luvk hope you come right. I am also soo tired of interviews,
was really hoping this one wud come right because its just one interview
directly with the company.

I still have to do the vitality stuff but I saw the taglet R was talking about.
The discovery one is soo cute. My bed is finally booked

Shoo, just got back from painting a creche for Mandela Day! I am EXHAUSTED! Also, Elam was very niggly last night cos of a high temperature. She was probably awake on and off from about 3am

Anyway, just wanted to say that there is a nice sale on at Checkers (not sure if in all provinces). it's on Pampers nappies. the Jumbo packs are R139.99 instead of R179.99 and R199.99. Also Johnson & Johnson baby wipes. 3 packs of 80 wipes each for R49.99!!!! The normal "Value Pack" with 3 packs of 80 in it is right there next to the sale items for like R74.99! They have both scented and unscented. I just got a mixture cos I love the smell and never had an issue with fragranced stuff with Elam. But this baby might be different...

Also Bennets baby bum cream is R39.99 for a tub. Saw the same tub at Dischem yesterday for R59.99.

So my baby shopping officially started! FINALLY! Bought a whole lot of nappies, wipes and bum cream. Crossing fingers that baby's skin will like the wipes and bum cream.

Other than that, our 4D scan went better on Saturday. my placenta looks a very funny protruding shape, so it was kind of in the way but we could still see her features. She looks very similar to her sister...especially the nose!

Sorry cant do personals. I am exhausted *yawn*. but glad everyone seems to be doing well. The big countdown from 30 weeks has begun for some of you! Shoo! I can't believe we're almost nearing the end! I will be 30 weeks on Sunday.
