Hi
Lauz, welcome to the group! We've got several first timers here, myself included. Very useful for feeling like you're not the only one in the world going through this
Belaine, sorry you're having such a tough time at work. Only two more months now, hold onto that thought. I'm also off on the 14th August. If you're interested btw I'm at Kloof hospital in pretoria and they have a once a month ante-natal class on a saturday that you can do instead of the 1 hour once a week for 5 weeks. It's super convenient for us as we don't have a lot of evenings free. It still means quite a drive for you from Marble Hall, but might be worth it.
Zoe, I hear you on the hair thing. Mine desperately needs a cut and style but I just don't seem to find the time or energy to go to the hairdresser. I really should as I'm sure I'm not going to get time when lo arrives. Although the MIL has offered to look after him a morning a week so I can go out and have some time to myself. Sorry you don't get on with your in-laws, mine are the only family I have here in GP and they're being super excited every step of the way. Almost scarily so.
Monic@, good luck on the exercises. I'm feeling really stale. Haven't gone to gym in four months now, can't even fit into my swimming costume anymore so that's not really an option either. I'm down to walking the dogs and climbing the stairs to my office and I'm used to a little more exercise than that. Currently I'm figuring lo is doiing the exercising for both of us.
Oh and we've decided on Matthew as a name now. We'll see if we're still happy with it when lo is born but for now it sounds good.
Enjoy your day
