Hi Cherikey! WELCOME to my world of constant pain down there - and the prescribed Tramacet!!! At times it is so unbearable that i cant walk! Gynae has actually recommended at pelvic girdle belt if it doesnt get better after week 24!! So we'll know at our next scan on the 8th of October!! Ireally feel your pain, and yes - it is definitely worse this time around!!!

Mine is constant though, whether i am wlaking, sitting or laying down!
As for the heartburn - had it BAD the first time around too - but thats because i also suffer from GORD so the pregnancy makes it 10x worse!!! I live on rennies (both flavours for a change) and Gaviscon Plus - the strongest one!!! We also go through about 6 litres of milk in two weeks cos that helps too - epsecially if you add some Nesquik to it - just to spice it up!!! I did all this with my LG as well and trust me, that little one is as strong as an OX, as a reslut of all the extra calcium. Incidentally, rennies also contains extra calcium and is perfectly safe to use during pregnancy... It is why i dont drink the Caltrate prescribed by my gynae - sucking on average 6 rennies a day is more than enough calcium

And no matter what you eat, you will get the heartburn - its all to do with the uterus pushing all the internal organs up!
AFM - this is Morgan and i today!
Have a great weekend ladies, and all the best with the heartburn and groin pain Cherkiey....
