Hi Ladies

The scan went great, little one is right on track. Saw the little heart beating and he/she loves to suck thumb. Was so cute.
Was lying perfect with legs but unfortunately we couldn't see if it's a girl or boy, hopefully with the next scan.
Waiting on test results, but I feel alot more excited.
Have to really hold myself back not to go on a shopping spree.

Hallo Ladies,

I have to say that yesterday went well, just waiting for the blood test results.
Saw peanut move quite a bit and stretch out, heard the heart again and all is good. Our little girl couldn't wait to see the new babies picture when I got home. She is convinced it is a boy. Says my baby brother.

I am however wondering about hospitals and Drs after yesterday!! Any other moms from Centurion or at Drs in Pretoria?

Wow Giggles you're almost halfway through, by the end of all the holidays coming up you'll be on 20 weeks My gynae recommended Fybohusk or Fybogel. My dietitian suggested Movicol as she used it during her pregnancy and can be used during pregnancy and even breastfeeding. Best would be to check with your gynae if any of these options are ok. It's a terrible side effect to pregnancy! i haven't used any of these yet though. Also try to up your water intake.

4 more days until my 12weeks....April is just flying by. My next appointment is not with my gynae, it's at Panorama for my NT Scan on 24th April, so just a little over two weeks before we see baby again New symptom I've experienced this weekend is lower backache, the headaches still come and go though and I've decided to cut coffee out of my life for good...well at least during this time.

AFM: I am 15 weeks this week, feels like there's such a long time more to wait. my belly is round, I am putting on weight only on my belly no where else, when I was pregnant for my daughter, I put on weight everywhere....from my thighs to my face.

I am suffering with severe constipation. I am trying the bran, veg and water, nothing is helping. Do any of you ladies have an idea of anything that may work?

Hi ladies

I have entered my 16th week today, going to see my doc on Tuesday, can't wait, he will be doing the tests then so hopefully I can then fully relax after that. Really hoping that my little one shows us if we should buy blue or pink. I just can't wait to find out.

Gain-a-baby - yippee almost past the scary part. Congrats.

Cornitalia - our scan is on the same day. Let us know how it went. You'll see little one move and it's gonna be the most amazing feeling ever.
