Does anybody by any chance know if DR Dalla at Cape Gate is pro-c section or pro-natural birth?

I have my heart set on natural birth and want to know if the Dr will honor my wishes.

Hope everyone is well.

Saw my boy on Friday He's growing beautifully, picked up 225g in 2 weeks. head is a bit big but Dr says it's nothing to worry about as he's brain size is A ok. She mentioned to me that during my 22wks scan at the Fetal Asses Centre they picked up that I have something called Mild Bilateral Uterine Artery Notching. The Uterine Arteries carry blood to the uterus and will be closely monitored during my next visits. Of course this sent me into research mode and unfortunately the internet does not cater for emotions. Dr says I shouldn't worry about it but Hello.....

Just want him to be ok.

Have any of your DH felt the baby kick yet? I'll be 24 weeks on Friday and DH can't feel anything yet. I am on the heavier side and don't have an anterior placenta.

So excited for my next appointment this Friday! We're going away for the weekend, not the greatest weather predicted but looking forward to hot chocolate infront of the fireplace.

Who watches the DSTV programs on CBS Reality called: Pregnancy & Birth: the truth and One born every minute? Last night I saw another program on the same channel but based in America (the first two are based in the UK) can't remember what it was called.

I find it helpful to know exactly what could happen and how situations are dealt with....it's a bit graphic at times and I alwasy lower the volume when the contractions are really strong
