Ladies!!

How are you all doing and how are the little ones?

I have let everyone under the sun attempt to bottle feed him - but he just refuses. Yes started on solids already - Also on recommendation of Paed. He absolutely loves his food! And sometimes moans for more - but I dont want him to overdo it as his tummy is still sore. From 6 months we will start introducing pureed/mashed chicken with his veggies as he has currently only be having veggies. My one refused the dummy from day one

Ah I know what you mean! My son also hates a bottle. He probably just takes one or two sips then bites the teat or plays with it! The paed actually advised that my husband feed him from the bottle and not me... have you let someone else try and feed him? Have you started solids yet? I started at 5 months (paeds recommendation because LO has reflux). He actually really loves it and eats from a spoon just fine. Plus he takes a dummy so I don't know what the bottle problem is lol.

I wish I had kept going when he was younger, because he used to take it fine. Now he flat out refuses. I have tried different teats and even a sippy cup. But no luck. I'd really like him to take a bottle for those days that I need to go to a meeting or something! I am running out of ideas.

Wow sugar and spice, that is amazing! My baby still wakes up for one feed (well he doesn't open his eyes but he wriggles from side to side looking for my boob lol).

I'm also still breastfeeding! And 8 kg is awesome. My son was 7.3 kg about 3 weeks ago so I think he should be close to 8 now too

Oh ok i remember you were at panorama. I asked because I'm with Dr kerner, who is also at panorama (although her offices are opposite the hospital)

So glad to hear the meds have helped.
Sleeping habits is amazing - He has been sleeping through the night (7h30 to 7h30 - no waking up) since three months.

Breastfeeding has been successful. I am also privileged enough to have a nursery at work - so I can continue to breastfeed. Lately he has been very distracted while feeding and I worry that he's not getting in enough milk - But he is picking up weight nicely (8kg) so probably nothing to worry about.

My son was 5 months on Saturday. He's growing so fast, can hardly keep up. Keep asking myself where's my newborn! Lol.
Really love being a mommy, most amazing feeling

How are things? Like sleeping habits and feeding? My son has acid reflux but he's on meds for the past few months which has helped tremendously. Other than that, everything is great.
