Hes sleeping was still going well untill last week. He picked up a throat infection and was very sick. Temp of 39, wouldnt eat, wouldnt drink, runny tummy and throwing up. It was so hectic! So obviously he hasnt slept well for the past week. Hopefully he will get back into the swing of things!

I will try the cup thing again - hopefully he will get the hang of that!

I'm sure your LO will definitely take to a cup in his own time! I noticed my son looking at me intently whenever I drank out of a cup. So then I just tried giving him a sip and he loved it! I thought he didn't like water because he wouldn't dare drink it from the bottle.

I don't always give juice, but when I do its the purity pear or prune. Theres anot het baby brand as well but I can't remember right now.

That's awesome reharding the BLW. I didn't really know much about it so I just went the conventional feeding route. He eats really well but I need to add more finger foods. I'm just so paranoid about choking etc!

How's the sleeping? I remember last time you said it was going really well!
My LO's sleeping isn great at all. Especially with the teething (he has 2 teething cutting at the same time right now). He sleeps for 5 hours (from around7:30 till 1 am) then it's all downhill from there!

Oh good! so glad to hear someone else also just gave up. I am so worried that he will never drink out of a bottle or cup of sorts! We are practicing baby led weaning food wise and he seems to be figuring that out quite nicely. What juice do you give him?

Lol! That sounds awesome. And don't worry about the bottle feeding dilemma, I gave up trying months ago. I'm also still going strong with breastfeeding! My son takes water and juice from a cup when I feed it to him though (just a normal plastic cup with lots of messing).

Little one will be 9months on the 10th! Can you believe how time has flown! It is so scary! I am already planning for his 1st birthday! Going to try my best to not go overboard!

My boy still refuses the bottle so I am still breastfeeding. I am trying sippy cups, normal cups and straws till it comes out of my ears!
