Hi everybody!

How are all you ladies doing?

EXCITING NEWS :D It's a BOY! We went for a scan yesterday (16 weeks and 5 days) and the crazy little Mr was kicking like mad! Gynae saw immediately that it's a boy! :) Honestly was so amazing seeing so much detail like the spine, stomach and bladder. I didn't know you could see so much so early! Didn't get a picture because after he was poked and prodded, I think he decided he'd had enough and would not lie in a nice position LOL!

Sara, I also have those pains but gynae ensured me that it's round ligament pains starting and that as long as you don't feel sick and see blood then everything is fine :)

xxx

Hi Sara. I also have pain down there but the doc says it's normal. If you bleed then you should worry. Your ligaments are stretching.

Your daughter is also only 4 years old so your body is going through changes after a while. don't stress..

ooh wow Ontong it seem we share quite similarities , 1st child being 4 yrs old Girl, having C-section before and expecting same again..n now sharing the same due date. let me wait until the weekend to see what am i carrying...with so many things in common in us i am suspecting i am also having a baby girl. Fingers Crossed :P

Ladies on a serious note i dont know if any of you is also experiencing
some kind of pressure or pain in pelvic area, i have noticed for last 3- 4 weeks, a certain kind of heaviness n pain around pelvis, it tend to be more during night when i am sleeping.

I do remember my doc telling me i will feel some kind of pain n pressure in the pelvis and around the buttocks, will also feel like period pains but should only worry if i see any bleeding..

Maries, I didnt go and look at it myself, I did some research online and it had very good reviews. Interesting: in the US the 'fold down' is not allowed, it caused to many infant deaths. So, this one no sides folds down, but one side can be removed and be turned into a todler bed. Alot of nurseries also used it, so I asume that they will go for good quality.

I live in CT, all the baby expo's are only towards the end of the year. I'll go and have a look at baby city, thanks!
