Morning Ladies,

we have all become very quiet. After my Dr's appointment I am now so worried about my weight gain because I really don't want to struggle afterwards.

I was a size 8 but now none of my pants fit me. I not really into exercising but im trying to walk as much as possible at work.

Im 21 weeks now and im feeling a lot of movement now even able to see my belly jump now and again which is amazing.

I get that bloated feeling and have a lot of gas

Don't stress about the weight as long as baby is healthy. I on the other hand have picked up 6kg, yet I'm not eating a lot. Only eat when I'm hungry..

I would go and see a doc. I was suffering from lower tummy pain, turned out I had a bladder infection and had to go on antibiotics. Is the pain constant?

How are the other ladies doing? We've become really quiet..

It's so exciting reading everybody's updates I still don't feel very pregnant and I'm just over 20 weeks - I lost 6kgs in the first few months and I haven't put any weight back on! Gynae said it's fine but I don't know what I can do to pick up weight or if it's even a necessity...

Has anybody had a really horrible bloated feeling like your stomach is full of gas? I've been in so much pain all day and have no idea what to do!

I went for my scan almost two weeks ago (22 weeks) and all is well I was a nervous wreck! But hubby was happy to find out we having a boy and i was just relieved everything is as it should be. Sonographer just told me my cervix is a bit short at 2.5 cm . I wonder if that's why things are so uncomfortable below, but I did notice when I just take it easy and drink lotsa water, the pain is not so bad.

Ontong, the weight you have put on also seems in the normal range to me. Anyways, hope you ladies are still enjoying the ups and downs of pregnancy.

Been obsessing the last few days of what clothing to get for the hospital stay. I am craving a shopping spree lol, but am scared I will be much bigger than I anticipate.

Glad all us well with you little one. I would think that your weight is reasonable... That isn't overweight at all. I'm 60kg and 23 weeks. Now I'm beginning to think I should be eating much healthier.
How are you feeling health wise?

Hello ladies, went for my 20 week scan and check up and all wells with baby even thou I could not make out a single thing on the scan ( Dr was even counting fingers) and seeing lips while I couldn't. Hopefully with 4D scan I will be able to see a bit better. but heard her heart beating so that's super.

Dr says im putting on too much weight guess from all the sweet things ive been eating. now im worried. how am I going to maintain my weight for the next 20 weeks. Picked up 4 kilos in 5 weeks. Im now at 62.5kg. which I thought wasn't bad for being 5 months pregnant.

Hi ladies...

Is anyone suffering from serious ligament pain? I can't move sometimes. Are there any remedies?
