Sorry, that's 'good' reading material, and 'team blue' - predictive text can be a pain!

So sorry for your loss Daerhel. I have lost several kitties in my lifetime and each one was very loved and greatly missed. I still hold on to fond memories - each was unique and irreplaceable. Keep holding on to those beautiful memories, even in sadness they comfort.

All went well at my scan yesterday, looks like we may be expecting a tall baby, and IT'S A BOY! I'm very excited, but also a little overwhelmed - what do I do with a boy? Having been a girl all my life (obviously), I feel utterly clueless! I guess DH will need to teach him all about how to be a boy - standing to pee, puberty, etc. Any suggestions on goof reading material to prepare is also welcome! Those of us in tan blue better hope for more girl births in the next few years, or our boys will have some competition finding wives ;)

Again a BIG Thank you ladies!

I'm still very sad today.
We were going through all the photos of my kitty Taylor, as DF is going to make a memorial collage for me, and realized that he passed away on his 5th birthday. :(
The hardest part is seeing his brother searching the house for him. Ninjy hasn't stopped searching since Tay went to the vet. I have no idea how to make him understand his brother isn't there anymore and won't be coming home.

Times like these that I'm so grateful to have somewhere to write down everything I'm feeling, and to know that there are people out there who care and sympathize.
I guess the preggy hormones are just making me feel everything even more deeply than usual.

@ Happyface
I get regular calf cramps at night, which are really eina!
Extra magnesium helps, but I find a warm bath and a little extra salt intake helps just as much. (the salt is also good for my low blood pressure :))
I also found this article: www.babycentre.co.uk/a547374/leg-cramps-pregnancy-sleep
Hope that helps!

So sorry to hear about your loss Daerhel! I also have 2 two dogs (lab and jack russel) which is part of the family, they are like kids to us and grandchildren to my parents. I cant imagine how bad it will be if something happen to one of them.

I have question, I started getting terrible leg cramps in my right leg (always right below the knee at the back), and my right hip is also very sore. I read that it could be because of the changes in my body or magnesium shortage. But the one thing they said which stresses me out is it could be blood cloths if its only in the same area all the time. Did any of you experience the same? My next dr appointment is only in 2.5 weeks. (should I perhaps go earlier?)

Thanks!
