@LouiseMarie, that's horrible! I can just imagine, as my skin is just as super sensitive now. It must be excruciating! Can you at least put on cortisone ointment? One application should not be an issue for baby, I'm sure? It is topical after all...

Kimmy, what the hell?! I would give them a piece if my mind... how inconsiderate!!!

So yesterday I got my first pregnancy bee-sting...And where if all places - right under my bum on my thigh! My goodness - I have never had such a terrible pain or reaction to a bee-sting.

Was busy dosing the pool and as I went to sit down to cool off my feet - i sat on a bee. Luckily my little girl was wirh me to rjn and grab me a knife to scrape the stinger off. Now I'm sitting with a swollen mark, quite hard, the entire size of my hand (palm & fingers!!!) And it itches like hell!!!!!!

Phoned dr - can't cause harm to baby luckily, but with all the hormones & my skin being super sensitive during pregnancy, I should expect a severe skin reaction... and believe me - I have it!!!!!

My dr advised me that she will be in leave for 2 weeks the end of October - back the 2nd of Nov and then I also have my last appointment untill Larissa comes 2 weeks later. Hoping Larissa stays put till then... But so far so good.

So here are the pics (hopefully). The pic only shows the one curtain so that one can see the details a bit better. The other curtain is obviously a mirror image, and we are going to have tie-backs with little ladybugs on them. And then a border around the wall with ladybugs, if hubby can get his ass into gear

Oh no Kimmy that is shocking can't you go to hospital and ask them to do a scan considering your gynae isn't there and you being so close to your due date as well!

Juanita I can totally relate on the swollen feet even my calves are swollen all the way up to my knees! Thankfully every morning I have my feet back!

HVDB please post more pics of Cara I actually downloaded the baby sense app with my first that was also a brilliant app regarding feeding and sleeping! Since we have the technology why not use it to help us out
