@ Zaza, lol lol on the mermaid, that was my daughter's bday wish this year, to be a mermaid after watching Barbie where she was a mermaid . Aww this baby is chilled, He/She will not be pressured to show gender...how cool is that... mummy will have to wait another 4 weeks a friend of mine saw at her 32nd week, she was about to lose her mind with the suspense. Joys of motherhood hey. Luv the pics , will post my bump later today.... toilet here I cum for the photoshoot

Urgh, I see most of you are having to start fresh with the baby goodies - Good Luck, shopping is fun at least My sister in law has just had her little one, so I'll probably be taking some of her hand me downs which works out great.

So I have attached 2 pics for you, my bump at 16 weeks and a pic of the baby at 16 weeks (12cm long and 200g already!!!), my daughter enjoyed the scan and the whole experience she now feels convinced she wants to be a doctor, probably in the next hour she will want to be a mermaid or something new

@Miggie and Happi - you guys are so lucky to know finally what baby you are having..............you won't believe the gynae was so happy with babies development and my health and development, but this baby refused to show us between the legs...........so we still guessing????? I suspect girl babies do this, boys generally like to show it off, lol but doc wouldn't even say its a girl for sure cause we just could not see!!!

Now I have to wait until the 20 weeks scan in July to find out

My daughter, hubby and I don't mind a girl or boy but everyone else in my family wants a boy.

Hope yu are good. we went for the scan on sat, and its confirmed....ITS A BOY.... our prince is on the way

@Miggie I see we are on team BLUE together, hopefully more ladies will be joining us. I have nothing, I gave everything away considering it was 5 years ago, so we are starting all over again. I still have done any shopping, with my daughter I had bought a lot of neutral colors by now, guess because it was my 1st baby

@Zaza enjoy the scan today and we will b waiting 4 pics, I took my daughter too on sat, and she loved seeing the baby on TV ,

@Carmy, i would like to stay in bed for the rest of the week, damn its freezing!!! Monday is almost here, soon yu will see your baby, we saw gender for the 1st time at 13 weeks, well with boys i guess its easy to see.

@Nix, i woluld say i am also feeling human again, i just get nausea when i am super hungry, otherwise we seem to be good nowadays, hopefully he continues being this nice to mummy.

@Lashy , goodluck on moving, when we moved to our house, i did it over 5 days, so i didn't really feel it, but its also exciting, new place...new vibes.

Good Morninng Mummies

Today I am feeling good. No motion sickness from the drive to work this morning. Lol. Feels like an accomplishment.

Nix, we are looking around the west-rand. Places are so pricey hey
and now with a second baba. Really can't afford that luxurious 5 bedroom lol. My daughter hasn't thrown up again. But apparently she refused bottle and yoghurt @ creche yesterday but ate curry and rice with me last night (alot of it ). So I think she was just overdrinking and then the milk mixed with the phlegm.

Congrats Miggie I am really hoping for a little boy. How old is your daughter?
My daughter is 17months.

I gave away most of my daughters clothes, walking ring. Did not want to hoard lol. And now look, I will have to get new stuff.

Zaza, I call the one on-the-way baba. Lol I call all the teddybears baba too. hahaha.
