Good afternoon ladies

My scan went very well, we are now 21w5d and weighing 457g

We were doing the Anatomy but she was not too keen she immediately tuned and gave us her back, but doc managed to confirm her growth, she is tall and fingers have grown ahead of her age.

MS is gone...did you hear me ladies? Gone. We eat normally but very healthy, we have no cravings at all we just eat whateer we feel like it and that moment.

Our next appointment is on the 04th October

@ Gontse1 - glad it went well with your scan and that baby is healthy and doing well

@ Tanya - have to agree with you on the gender....DH wanted it to be a surprise, but I just couldn't wait until then
And when I found out it was going to be a girl I just went on a shopping spree and lost complete control LOL
My thoughts exactly....I am also much bigger than with my first pregnancy and also dreading on how big I will be in the end
(and being BIG in the heart of summer ) There isn't a weak that goes by without someone commenting on how big my tummy already is!
Have you started feeling the kicks yet?
Holding thumbs that you will find out if it's pink or blue tomorrow!

Sorry your NT scan was a bit upsetting, just hang in there and stay positive. Like the Dr said, it could just be genetics.

Glad your scan went well, I don’t know how you are doing it, I am dying to know now. I have my scan tomorrow so if all goes well we should know. Then I can also start buying a few things.

I am with you on the growing part, I am much bigger than with my first, I am dreading how big I will be by the end if it keeps on like this. Even my husband just looks and shakes his head.

Morning ladies, sorry I have been really quiet. Its been hectic with the kids concerts and school functions as well as my school assignments. Scan went well on Friday, it was a 20 week scan and baby is healthy no obvious problems and we are still having a girl :thumbup: so happy about that.
Debbie glad the scan went well and that baba wasn't shy.
Bea lol kids are like that they are only interested for a few minutes.
lethuwam keeping the faith is what we can do at times like these, I am sure baby is healthy.
Pokkeltjie you will soon get to enjoy the kicks, I am feeling mine so low but they make me smile each time

Sorry if I didn't mention all of you ladies and I hope you are all still enjoying the pregnancies.

My next scan is on the 30/09.

AF not much news this side....tummy & boobs are just growing by the minute LOL and hoping to feel our little Nunu's movements/kicks soon

Ello ladies.

Just to say scan went well yesterday, little one Co operated nicely and showed us most of the parts we needed to see, Dr looked at important parts, but kept the secret from us.

Oh sorry, I keep on forgetting to say how the scan was with my daughter (6) - she was very interested for about 2 minutes and then she wanted to go and play in the waiting room. Haha, so it was actually a complete disaster. I was glad to see her go and play in reception, because she couldn't stop whispering and saying that she's bored and I felt sorry for my husband who tried his utmost best to keep her still and quiet - he couldn't concentrate on the scan at all. Luckily the receptionist was very friendly and looked after her, so my husband could enjoy the rest of the scan - which took over an hour since it's twins. Our scan was very late - after 5h so that could have been an attributing factor, but we're definitely not taking her with again - LOL!
