Good morning ladies

So sorry that i have been missing for a while. Things have been really hectic! With work, training a new lady to take over my position while I am on leave and with 4 x 3.5 hours exams. I am so happy to still be standing!

I can finally say that I am proud of myself. So many times I just felt like giving up! I am so glad I pushed through and now i can finally relax. Tomorrow our company shuts down for the holidays. We are to return to work on the 10th Jan 2017, but my doctor says I wont be returning. My company is also sourcing out a company to do my UIF so I most probably will have to come to work on the 10th Jan to finalise those uif forms, etc

I am currently 31 weeks 6 days, had a scan done yesterday and my LB is now 2kg. It is quite weird as I read that they wont move too much now that they are growing so much and will have little space, but this LO is moving all the time. I feel him all the time and sometimes the movements are very strong.

Our 4D scan went well, however LO decided to cover part of his face. He even did the same thing yesterday at our scan. Everything seems to be going well so far. Just that I am constantly in pain. Especially at night, I have terrible hip pain where some nights I can not even get out of bed to go to the loo. My feet hurts a lot now and I just feel very tired and exhausted.

My next scan is on the 30th December. Really cannot believe how fast time is going! My baby shower is on Friday, after that I will be packing my baby bag and my bag.

This past Sunday, I also collected my Dischem baby bag :)

Sorry I did not do any personals, I know i have a lot to catch up on.

Have an awesome day ladies.

Pokkeltjie. The short answer is EEEEEEEEEEEEK.
GOD im freaking out.
Im so sorry about your girl's arm ouch poor baby. Hope she is doing well now.

My scan was fine. She's 2.6kg and very strong. Its getting very uncomfy down there for me. As in too much pressure. Next scan is Monday. Next week I'll be a walking zombie...

Morning ladies

I am taking a chance that this goes through, I am not liking the app at the moment. So yet again no personals.

Pokkeltjie ouch that your baby girl had to go through that. Our kids are super resilient, I am sure that I was going to cry as well seeing her go through the doors of theatre. Hope her hand heals quickly.

My appointment went well, baby weighs 2.6kg now and is head down. So far everything is going well for the VBAC. Seeing Dr again on the 23rd December.

Have a great day ladies

Hello everyone,

How is everyone doing? Been a bit busy with holidays upon us....

@ AnaB - how did it go with your scan? Ooohhhh.... 10 days to go for you! Are you excited or nervous?

@ Gontse1 & Lethuwam - good luck with your scans tomorrow...let us know how it goes :)

Hope everyone is else is doing well.

AF: Quite busy this week trying to rap everything up before going on a few days leave
My daughter broke her arm on Friday jumping on the trampoline....so we had to spend the night at the hospital as they needed to operate on her arm. She was such a brave little girl! Didn't cry once...not even when they wheeled her into surgery - me on the other hand was sobbing like a baby on the way to the theatre :( :(
And to top it off I had my baby shower on Saturday as well... which was really beautifully set up and got such lovely gifts but my thoughts were with my daughter at the hospital the whole time!

Can't wait to be off for a couple of day just to relax and unwind

Well have a great afternoon ladies...take care x

Hi everyone,

Finally its the last week at work, i cant wait to rest and take it easy, i really did something devilish  and declined my sister inlaw's visit here in our house for 2 weeks  to defend myself ladies she is high maintenance and she want to bring a friend, i would have to entertain and drive them around CT in this heat nope i dont think so  LOL.

Anyway with connection issue i'm so sorry i cant get to the personals, its good to hear everyone is doing well and packing the bags ooh my, makes it real now. i cant wait to hold my angel in my arm, hopefully this one will look like me for a change LOL.

I went to the clicks baby bootcamp last Saturday it was informative and nice goodies for baby, i need to take stock in that chest of drawers i dont even know what i have and not have.

My appointment is tomorrow looking forward to see the little one again,

Have a good week ahead everyone.
