So on saturday we made a potjie and it was devine...1st time ever that we made and it came out lovely, Z also enjoyed it.
I need some advise ladies, lately Zia gets up at night crying...he gets painful winds and I have to rub him like you do a small baby in order for him to fart.......is this normal? I'm starting to get worried because I know how painful winds can be, but at 9 months????

Sorry Adele, I forgot to reply to you! I would also be proud of that spice rack, it's lovely! Do you live near the airport now? Doesn't the noise bother you? I love planes, would live in an airport if I could!

I'm also not going to do a big party, just a cake and small party pack for the family children (2 boys, 2 girls) and that's it. Have a couple of pics with her trashing her cake with her foot or hands or whatever and rather have real parties when she can actually enjoy it and invite her own friends.

Ek het probeer om vir Tyren weetbix te gee, maar mens sal sweer ek gee hom crap om te eet. LOL, tot sy lyfie het geril. Ek gee meestal vir hom Cerelac, party dae gee ek hoom Tasty wheat, en ander dae kry hy toddler pro nutro. Vanoggend het hy Oat so easy gehad. LOL

I know getting excited about a spice rack is silly, LOL, but I have always hid my spices in a cupboard somewhere, and now I can put it all nicely in the rack, and NOW I will actually use it!!!

Girls, I have been pondering the idea, of not having a big party now, just a small one, and taking the other money and rather buy him a BIG pressie??

Tyren doesnt drink any bottles of milk at all. LOL, and when he does drink milk, it is Cow milk, and only with hot chocolate. HE loves his Rooibos and juice.. He eats between 5 and 6 times a day. And sleeps from 6pm until 5:30-6am. Everyday. When he is teething he wakes up, but goes straight back to sleep.

i have so many ideas for Q's bday but dont know what to do.
We definately having a sheep slaughtered for him, its considered a sacrfice for 'letting blood flow' for your child. Long story its recommended in our religion, for a boy its 2 sheep and for a girl its one.
im already on 30 kids that includes friends and family.

He's bday is on a tuesday so we will prolly ahve it the saturday after.

Marilu - Calsuba is a calcium powder, u get it for adults aswell, its for strong teeth and bones.

Ja Justine - I can't get it over my lips either, very gross but the child eats anything even cat food

Marilu, when I make potatoes, I usually cut a potato (medium) in half, then half the half and half the half half again (if you understand what I mean) then she has 3 of those pieces - that said, she doesn't really like it and usually leaves it

Justine we also have a cat but I dont allow her in the Baby room, if he is sneezing , runny nose, rash or watery eyes it might just be an allergy.
