I know that diet, I was on it for 3 weeks and I did loose a few kg's but I don't know how much. Lemme tell you the last night is the worst, that tuna just does not want to go down, I had to add a bit of lemon juice to mine just to get it down. Is it the one with the vanilla ice cream?

hahaha - really have to laugh at you hungry dieting ladies! Like I said, I'll beat the fat the old fashioned way, with healthy eating and loads of exercise which I will start as soon as AF is finished because I always feel like crap with her around.

Kiara, I know if Charlene was here she would say that teething doesn't cause such high fevers. So I think you should really have it checked out!
