Hi

I am having a busy week. Will try to read all the post but at this moment I just want to run away. Got to do everything here. Bought a new bakkie and now I have to sort it all out the payment, insurance ect. And I have to print payslips while I have to help the girl of VIP. Not nice :(

I miss you all alot. Zelri is doing better today the screaming and crying are less and I cant moan of her sleeping cause she is realling sleeping great.

Me and hubby sort our nonsens out I am still bitter about his mom but I shoul stop being selfish.

Will chat later have to finish paper work

Deja, shame man, het nie geweet jou man is so ernstig siek nie? Het gedog dis maar net griep!! Sterkte!!! Hoop hulle vind uit wat fout is!

Ek's ook honger :( Drink nou maar tee (MET melk) om die honger te stil!! En het maar twee pruime in plaas van die pomelo geeet.

Didi, I think it's a really good idea, except that the nannies that are trained then want a huge salary? When I was looking for a nanny, I checked out a company like that this side, and the expected salaries of the nannies were R3500 and above and I couldn't afford that. But if I had the choice and the money, I would definitely want a nanny who's done a First Aid course, has experience in babies, and has done some kind of educare course.

Vision, M also sleeps on her tummy in the creche, she sometimes sleeps like that at home too. I've put a pillow in her cot so she pulls up her legs, and lay half over the pillow on her tummy.

Marijke, hoekom koop jy nie twee verskillende kleure lappe nie? Rooi vir die badkamer en groen vir die kombuis? Dan kan die bediende nie se sy't nie geweet een is vir die kombuis en een vir die badkamer nie?

Vision, when I went to CT, he and a friend went camping at the Boegoebergdam with the dogs. THERE the dogs picked up bosluise and we suspect he was bitten by one. Otherwise he might have Slenkdalfever, which is a fever caused by animals (him doing the whole game-capturing thing) or he could have tick fever or a new kind of fever similar to Jappiegriep that you get if a mosquito bites you. There is an outbreak of that here.

Didi, I think it is a good idea. However, I think you can have a lot of problems with it as well. I wanted to start a nanny agency and then spoke to the midwife here and she said I must think it through, because you must be able to guarantee that the nanny can do her job properly. Would you have to go for the training first and then would the nannies themselves have to pay for the training or would the employer send them there?

Sumayad, I disagree with your MIL. I believe a fat baby is a healthy baby.

Glad I could make you feel better, Marijke! :-)

Vision, I felt so bad but I said sorry this morning and I only said "NEE Nienkie, hou nou OP huil, my skat", so it's not as if I was terrible to her. She is her old self, if only a bit irritated this morning.
Yes, Vision, I have read that blog, she is real good. Another good on is this one:

joumaseblerrieblog.blogspot.com/

Marilu, hy WIL nie na 'n ander dokter gaan nie, maar hy gaan nou kwart voor 11 vir bloedtoetse.
Ek het darem goed geslaap en N ook. Jammer jy het weer so 'n rowwe nag gehad. Ek is alklaar honger.

Skitter, I will try that dark room thing. It might be difficult with someone else living there but maybe it's nice?

Marijke, N also does all her moves in her cot. We don't really co-sleep, she only falls asleep in our bed and then at 10pm when we go to bed, I put her in her own cot. She wakes up at about 6am (normally standing on all fours, rocking) and then I take her out and put her in our bed.

Vision, the weird thing is N ONLY sleeps on her tummy, but hates tummy time. WTF???
