Jensen also seems to suffer with his chest - he hasnt been hospitalised yet but has had to have physio 3 times. Luckily for us, my brother in law has just finished studying to be a physio and is away until the end of the year to do his practical - so from next year we will have a physio in the family that can do everything for free!

I so badly want to keep Jensen's hair long but its starting to get unruly and no matter how much i comb it it just doesnt calm down :)

Just out of interest - are any of you or have any of you expeirienced problems in your marriage since your LO's arrived? DH and I seem to be fighting CONSTANTLY about anything and everything - the smallest thing will trigger a fight and I honestly dont know what else to do.

I am trying to be the peace maker and just say "yes, ok" to everything in order to not fight, but its really getting me down!

It seems as though he is comparing me to his mother (who didnt exactly do a stellar job), nothing I do is right and its even come down to the point where I get told that I am a bad mother! I am doing the best I can and the best I know how to - its not as though I have had any practise!

I took Noah to the Paed on Friday and it's his chest again uuurrrggghhh man he is snotty snotty not miserable at all though. I agree with you completely Karatemum it's just that I am so frustrated with having a sick child all the time. I keep wondering what am I doing wrong. I had the same problem with Morgan she was hospitalised all the time with her ches yet once Noah made an appearance she was healthy all the time so I'm wondering if I dont fuss to much(LOL)...I read a Motivational book The Game of Life and how to play it and it said People often say why does a child attract illness when it is too young even to know what it means, the answer was that children are sensitive and receptive to the thoughts of others about them and often out-picture the fears of their parents. So ja maybe I should get rid of my negative energies with regard to sickness etc.

Lauren Noah turned 1 on the 20th April and started taking steps a week after his 1st Birthday only now walking walking but still falling down it's so adorable. Encourage your little one I often tell Noah go give this to Daddy and my husband will then in turn tell him go give this to Mommy we done the same thing with Morgan and it encourages them to walk. We cut Noah's hair befor his 1st Birthday but I regret doing it now wanting to grow it into a bush of curls(LOL)...

Misty - Just maybe keep an eye on Noah and take him in if it gets real bad. I know how you feel, Tadhg was in hospital a few times already (once with swine flu when he was 5 months) it's not fun at all. But it's better to be there to get better than to get really bad outside and not have anyone there to help in an emergency.

Gumboots are awesome, I am from England so grew up with them. I want a pair for me, but just a normal pair, I'm not not into these fashion ones with flippin flowers and the like on them!

Nannies are really expensive, and what put me off is they can just up and leave, get sick, or need leave and then you are stranded. I couldn't do that with work. Tadhg has been in daycare since he was 4 months and he loves it, he is so social because of being there and now seems a little sadder even on weekends! So I think even if I was a stay at home mum I would let him go half day at least.

Lauren - Tadhg started attempting at 9 and a half months but was off like a shot at 10 months. The furniture walking starts it off, Jensen will be going on his own soon. Start moving things away or putting him somewhere he may need to balance alone but be close to grab him, that's what we did as Tadhg looked more steady. He loved it and slowly got more confident and did it alone, he got so excited he started to clap then landed on his bum! Too cute.

Haven't cut Tadhg's hair, it's also getting long but it's also gotten really curly so doesn't look as long as it would if it was straight. There is no way he'd sit for a haircut and I can't bring myself to trim the curls yet!

1 awesome monkey born March 2009 - MC in May 2010 - PCOS and endo - finally got my BFP on 14/04/2011

Misty - sorry to hear about Noah getting sick again! What did he have last time when he was admitted?

I reckon the costs to get a nanny at home would be close to 3 x if not more expensive than what you are paying now!

Karatemum - when did Tadhg start walking? Jensen is still only crawling - at lightning speed and pulling himself up and walking against furniture!

Have any of you taken your LO's for a haircut yet? Jensen's hair is getting SO long and wild but I honestly cant see him sitting still for him to get his hair cut!
