morning to everyone! hope you all had a good weekend with no deliveries!

vix - your boys are so sweet. so perfect especially little jono. sweet little guy, lucky to have you for his mom! how was the weekend with 2 of 3 kids??? is christopher doing ok?

had my babyshower on saturday. man was i tired after that??? finally finally finally the cot is up in the new baby room and craig moved the compactum there too from ashley's room. so its now starting - all the organising and packing away. i cannot begin to describe what a different person i am since i stopped work last tues. i am so much more relaxed and patient, if that is the right word. craig and i have had a ball together - playing need for speed on the computer, laughing, sitting up late talking and pondering on our life and how things have changed recently. been great. it shows, that if you are not careful, work can creep in and actually take over your life.

i had a mucous show last night. heard this little splash noise in the loo - was no blood or anything. has anyone else anything yet? i;m 35 weeks this week. no contractions or anything but the BH ones were pretty strong last night.

I washed all Inge's clothes on Saturday - was finished afterwards but at least it is done!!! Repacked her cupboard again yesterday - still think I need 1 or 2 more newborn baby grows - will do some shopping sometime in the week.

Last week at work I am seriously lacking some energy - especially on a Monday. Inge is very active during the day - it feels like she is awake the entire day but at least she is quite at night time.

I had terrible heart burn yesterday - the only thing that works is milk - so, I have been drinking milk like you won't believe.

Enough of me - have a great day and lets see who is next in line to give birth.

Morning Ladies

My word my little one Arwen took over my bed with hubby this morning and i got kicked out at 5:30 this morning to do what ever with myself, we actualy at my parents house cos i had my baby shower yesterday, family was so wonderful, so now i need to keep busy cos house still sleeping.

Vix you sound so happy, im glad all is going ok with you guys. I found the most satisfiying thing was breastfeeding my lo and looking forward to doing it again.

Maryke glad all ok sorry about the feet but all will be ok, sorry your night wasnt to great but i think once there is a better routine then things should go better for you guys.

At least you ladies have your hubbies mine takes meds every night that make him sleep so i have no help there.

Little one just woke up so enjoy the rest of your weekends.

Kimika- thanks for posting MommyN's update, i also got an sms and it sounds like little Nathan is doing soooooo well! These steroid injects are like miracle medicine.

Chris- i seriously believe your trips will be so strong especially as you've had the steroids well in advance, even just having the 3 doses within a few hours of the birth made such a huge difference.

Girls......... I have progress!!!

I HELD Jonathan for the first time today! Man I was nervous and I actually told the sister I didn't want to but she told me straight that I have no choice but to try and bond with my son. Man it was so sweet, he was so happy in my arms he just gazed at me and when he could smell my milk (I had just fed Alexander) he started searching for my boob! It was pretty awsome! He started taking a bottle this morning so no more tube feeding. Sister started feeding him with the NUK teats and she said he is having a few issues sucking. So I told her C never took to the NUK and even Alex last week hated the NUK they were giving top ups with so she tried an old fashioned pigeon teat just a plain straight long teat and she couldn't believe her eyes the whole 8ml was gone in a few seconds! She was gobsmacked and I was super impressed by yet another one of my NUK defying children. They really do hate the size of the NUK teats. So now................. She says maybe tomorrow we can try................... Putting him on the breast!!!!!!! I can't believe it, so soon! Wow yippie I'm so excited to get in tomorrow and just see if maybe maybe maybe he's well enough for us to attempt it! Alex loves the breast and has a fantastic suck as did C and I'm sure Jonathan is going to love it!

C is coming home tomorrow morning, can't wait to see his reaction to Alexander!

O.k will try to post some pics tomorrow, just on my phone now and haven't touched the PC yet sorry!

Got an sms from MommyN. Her little boy is doing well. He is breathing on his own. She is able to express for him that they are feeding via tube. She said he latched today but its still hard work for him. She is going home tomorrow.

Im sure it will be easier once you are all in a routine and when they decide what is better for their little bellies. Deary, I see you still got 29 days left till you have the babies Goodness gracious but you are once strong chick!! Have you settled in the new house or have you not moved yet?

Im trying to keep the babies in, im getting very sore these days, but its fine, no sign of them wanitng to come out any time soon, I dont think in the next 2 weeks, but hey, me have no idea!

MommyN and Vix, how are you and babies doing?
