Morning ladies,

Yvette- wow, so are you still in hospital? Are you threatening early labour or have they managed to stop the contractions! Handy hubby you have there! He's a paramedic isn't he? I hope you're doing better today!

I was talking to DH last night and I think as sore as I am the reason I'm not wishing myself to the end is because I know I'm only going to be trading one type of soreness for another with even less sleep so I'm just trying to cope with the aches and pains for as long as possible! Although that said I'm waking up at 6am sore as anything and I have to get up.

My aunt is coming to stay tonight from the UK so won't be on much after this afternoon.

I added everyone to my baby city sms list so now I'm as ready as can be........ Well I think so,..........

Chris - My SIL was very positive on Saturday - she has to go for more tests today and then back to her Dr. I think she is with Dr Henkel or something like that. He works at Unitas and Femina clinic. She is very tired but other wise fine

Glad to hear all the little ones are still intact and growing nicely!!!!

Yesterday was the first time that I was very uncomfortable. My tummy was very hard and it felt like Inge was weighing 10kg and all the weight was just above my lady. And she was very active. I was uncomfortable lying, standing, sitting and I felt sorry for myself. Any way, today I feel better - hopefully it will last.

Ladies, I need help with UIF. Got my forms from work but where to now? I take it I have to get some forms from UIF to fill in and submit with these forms from work? What is the time frame and the process - please help???!!!

I am now literally counting down the days to ML. I have to wash all Inge's clothes but I will do that once at home.

O yes, my MIL informed us yesterday that she wants to fly up the 31st of December and fly back to CT on the 9nd of January

hi girls. wow wow wow what aneventful night.

i was having contractions between 7-15 minutes for a few hours. my tum dropped significantly. i was nauseas and ended up vomiting. craig came home after a transfer and put some IV line with a smooth muscle relaxant. it helped tremendously and by the time i got to the hospital the monitors were only picking up slight irritability when i moved on the bed. i was so tired.

No news from Yvette today? I hope she is o.k! Xx

Chan- are you still going to ask Dr to sign you off for the last bit? Shame, sorry you're also feeling so bad! Xxx

Chris- yay for getting baby goodies washed! I washed everything already just bbecause even if the babies rae in hospital I will still have my little monster to look after when I'm home.

Maryke- I am sooooo pleased your baba's are still tucked safely inside! Yay for 34w you have done so amazingly well especially considering your contractions at 26w! What a great achievement. By friday you'll basically be at 35w already!

MommyN- how did your DH do today in the 94.7 cycle challenge? Hope he's no too sore tonight!

Chris- thanks for the update on Suriya, I was reallu starting to worry about her, poor thing she's got a whole month to try and wait out now! I hope the meds work.

I am very sore if I lay down, terrible isn't it, I can't even get comfy in bed and sleeping is almost impossible. That said I must say I don'tr feel emotionally at an end so besides the pains and aches I'm actually coping really well.

My boys most definately have not dropped, They are still firmly pushing on my ribcage but my son also never dropped, I have a very small pelvis so that may be why.

Doing fine babies still intact but i am very sore down there and in my back i want to vomit, they must have dropped cause the heartburn started easing up and could manage a nice supper and breakfast

Chris my boobs started feeling normal on saturday morning so all is well

Yvette, how are you doing today hun? How is your tummy, hope you not feeling anymore pains and cramps. Not long to go, hang in there (im trying to practice what I preach here ) You are 33 weeks, you've done so well, I think its hard now that we are all getting close to the end, our bodies are feeling it, heck, this is my first pregnancy and Im getting tired of it, Im loving the kicks, just hating the fact that Im sore majority of the time and I so cant wait to fit into my normal clothes again, want to wear somethign else for a change, especially being at home, but i fI go out, there are like 4 tops that I wear, and thats all that goes over my belly! Oh yes, and I think my belly has dropped too, not sure if its just me, but I checked the other night with my hands and it curved and I still thought to myself, hmmm, woner how "flat" down my hand has to be for it to have droppde, and last night I did it gain and well, it seems my hand fits flat comfortably under there, dh says my stummy now looks so pointy.

Anyway, I have a feelign babies mght come the week after next, just takign everythign as it comes now.

Ladies, I got an sms from Suriya last night, she is battling to get onto internet from home. She had premature labour again and is on meds and strict bedrest, her c-sec date is booked for the 22 Dec. She asked if I could let you all know, her cell no is 0843101241 if anyone wants to keep in touch.

Ok, i am so thankful for the lekker weather im joburg today, I have managed to wash ALL the babies blankets. I just need to do their towels, which I can do slowly as they're not required straight away, but wanted some soft blankets to take with for them to lie on in NICU so its not hard.

So my bags packed, babies bags practically packed and just about done with the room, will put up pics this week.

Sterretjie, hopw your visit to your SIL today has been ok. My moms dr was Dr Dreosti from Donal Gordon, but apparently she is in Pretoria, she is really good. xxx

Yvette I couldn't have said things better! I feel exactly the same way now! I read your post to my DH and he laughed! Said it's good to know its not just me feeling like that and that its normal!

Hope you're feeling better today though. I think some days are better than others. And I definitely feel worse on the days I'm at work. Monday to Friday I feel so bad but weekends are much better at home. Roll on maternity leave!
