Yvette, pls dont say that, lol, after speaking to Maryke, my boobs have been sore since the steroids and last night I checked and they are more full and hard, dh even agreed with a reply "Geeee", shame the only action he ever gets

Seems like my nights are getting worse and worse, if its not the freaking toilet calling, then like you vix, its cos I cannot find a comfortable position anymore and it just feels like there is no more air... and I need air to sleep this morning I had a bit of a coughing attack, couldn't stop and now I have such a pain under my right boob, hope I didn't pull a muscle or injure a rib or somethign of the sort, but it is so eina! I dont know if I can make another 3 weeks, I must just try hang in there, mayabe start taking proper "bedrest".

maryke, read the above link on babycentre. seems to make sense. i have not read anything that steroids cause those side effects that you have, or that it could bring on labour. the corticosteroids are to increase serfactin in the baby;s lungs. i had the steroids last year with ashley and had absolutely no side effects. i had one shot at 35 weeks and the other at 36 weeks, 2 days before she was delivered by c-section.

Chan- I had those stabbing pains in my cervix a week or so ago, was quite worried but Dr said it's still to do with the ligaments stretching under all the pressure of the heavy babies now. He said my cervix was still nicely closed.

Sterretjie- I'm so sorry to hear about your SIL! I hope they have caught it early enough to remove it all without too much stress to her body, the Chemo is pretty hectic.

I am sooooooo sore! The back and ribs again but I'm getting like ripping pains accross the top of my tummy under the ribs. It feels like I'm having muscle ripped from the bone. I've been waking up in the night with low abdominal cramps and it continues for about an hour or so in the morning. Thankfully nothing since about 9 today just this bloody rib pain.

Maryke- sorry I don't mean to worry you but I know what you mean, I do the same when I don't hear from you or Chris. We should actually just make a point to sms one another IF and when something does happen, that way we know no news is good news...... My number is 0765561741 for anyone who wants it.

So Maryke, now yoyu got me feeling my boobs LOL but mine are still like jelly. Could of course be the steroids making your glands swell?

I don't think I'm THaT close but I honestly don't know if I'll really make it past 36w, my body is starting to suffer, I can barely breath when I lay down even on my sides or propped up.

It is finally raining like it's supposed to now! It started yesterday, stopped early this morning and started again an hour ago. Hopefully it stays for a good few days the air was so dry and the ground and my beautiful flowers so thirsty!

ClaireC- I keep forgetting to say it was great meeting you at the weekend, you are so lovely! Congrats on finding out about your boy! Boys are crazy hard work but soooooo adorable!

Chan i had that two weeks ago as for now my babas movements has slowed down a bit, and having menstrual like cramping since last night with loads of bh was awake since 1 again hubby says i was moaning alot before he woke me to find out if i am ok

I just received very sad news - my SIL was diagnosed with breast cancer late yesterday afternoon. Sjoe, she really took the wind out of my sails as this was the last bit of news that I expected when I returned her call. She would know on Friday where to from here. I feel so helpless.
Sorry about the post - just have to share it with somebody.

Lizelle your little boy will be just fine! He'll end up having a ball with his granny and all the outings she has planned for him. It's hard for you though - I know. And you need the rest so i'm sure the few days away will do you good!

No news from me... except i've got this stabbing pain in my "lady" when i'm standing up or walking and Kade moves. Feels like an arm's about to come out! Weird and quite sore!

Blocking me from moomie and not facebook - weird, cause the main problem a while ago was facebook, can't think of anyone else at work that's on moomie.

LB is going to visit grandma(my mom) for a week for the first time in Des, cause we still have to work and his daycare mom would already be on leave...i'm gonna be so sad, but i think the 5days of rest will do me good, not that i can sit still for a second...think it will take about 2days to get use to. I will be about 30/31 weeks.
Well she can't wait for his visit, got lots of plans to take him to the Zoo and Butterfly World and and..

Anyway girls hope you all have a good nights rest.
