Hi all,
Can't chat too long, got some more buddies coming over for coffee this morning just wanted to say hi and let you all know I'm still alive.
I'm not going to get into the walking ring debate because there are so many things in life that have pro's and con's we could argue about and find facts supporting or objecting.
The only thing I do want to say on the subject is this, Meags, NEVER feel guilty about using something like a walking ring for your own convenience. I do it, C was a very bad high needs baby like Matt and unless someone has experienced that in full force they will never understand how it can wear you down. It caused my PND and if it wasn't for little savouirs like walking rings I would've actually walked out (no lie). I find coping with all 3 easier than I did Just C when he was a small baby. I don't have the time to sit and ebtertain my babies every waking moment because I have 3 under 3yrs, no maid, no nanny and generally no help with anything and still I'm working from home when all the kids go to sleep. I refuse to feel guilty about it because I'm not putting my kids down so I can sit on my ass and watch TV, I'm busy for the good of them, they need food made, clean clothes, clean bottles etc and that I can't do just when they sleep because I have C as well. My boys spend more than 10min in their walking rings but as soon as they are gatvol I take them out. My boys are actually hardly ever in my arms but always in my heart and that's what matters to me. Do I care if it might have an impact on their bone structure, sure but if you want to get that involved perhaps see a. Biokineticist and let them explain just how you hold/carry them in the wrong positions can have a bad effect. Babies that get put on the backs of maids or nannys, that also has an effect but actually more children than we imagine get carried like this, even in creche's and schools when we're not looking.
O.k so in the end I kinda did get into the debate but my point is don't feel guilty for using a walking ring, givng your baby bennetts when you just can't stop them screaming, dipping their dummy in your bowl of custard before they're allowed dairy, sleeping them on their tummy, not BF'ing, ag a whole list of things we as humans will always disagree on.
Mandz- Jordyn is gorgeous and such a big boy, he's growing up fast.
Suhaila- I can't see the pics? Jono also developed a lactose intolerance out of no where. Remember for almost 3w he had that runny tummy and I put him onto l
Isomil and he was instantly better, each month I try him back on regula formula but 50ml mixed with his milk even makes his tummy run. I hope you don't have to stop BF but I was lead to believe BM contains lactose wether you eat dairy or not

sounds like you might need to do some investigations!
Lizelle- Rian sounds so good with Kayden! It's so adorable to see the older sibling show affection!
Been busy working on a new pattern for bandana bibs, I've got a ton of winter stuff orders just so so busy.......
