just a quick one about the walking ring "saga" the orthopeadic surgeon told is to use the walking ring cause it will help with the boys club feet after the op to strenghten there leg muscles, the only thing that's a bother is head injuries and neglegence, lizelle also get Riaan checked out it might only be his bridge on his foot that needs help my friends little one has the same problem and they gave him shoes to help with the forming of his bridge, he has to wear it till he is six....as the docter told us you are born with the condition it's nothing you as a parent done wrong but it can be fixed, if you like the walking ring idea use it, if you don't like it don't use no one is judging, and if they do hec it's your child and what works for you is up to you, our bubs weren"t born with a manual of there likes and dislikes.

Hey I am not that judgemental, but if you go out jolling and rats bites your kid to death then you will get me bitchslapping mad!!!!!

O f..k I am big time PMS today, I had such a fight with our building supervisor today it's not funny, we played the he said she said game that I actually got so pissed with hubby that we started a fight - but lucky we cleared up the miss understanding and all is well, but the only prob now is I have to be on site every morning and every evening just to make damn sure he didn't stuff up again ARRRGGHHHHHHHHH

Jordyn has been fine, just learning so much. He now rolls both ways and motors it around like that. He knows he is clever cos he waits for praise when he does it. Like at 11pm he woke for a feed and went through to him gurgling and found him on his tummy in his cot, quite proud of himself. amazing how something just clicks and now he actually realises he can do it all the time.

This teething thing MAN!!!! How on earth do you know for sure. We had a couple days where he was in pain, he wouldnt let anything near his mouth shame. I am not used to him crying EVER, and this was heartbreaking cos I could see how uncomfortable he was. BUT there is STILL no tooth. I have given him Nurofen and Prodol, hope thats ok. The Nurofen works nicely. Panado seems to make him upset funny enough.

Work has been hectic!!!! Wish I could win the damn Lotto now!

Vix- We are trying to arrange a Dbn moomie meet, you always make us so jealous! But would love to meet everyone on our thread The pics of FB are gorgeous, your 3 sons are too precious!

Chris - did you manage to sort the nanny issue out? Its amazing that Alexia keeps you on your toes hey? On the walking ring front- there will always be a debate and you as a mom will know what is best for your children. I was considering it, but just realised that I didnt have space in our 2 bedroom place. I also worried about the developmental issues/safety etc but believe that in moderation and under supervision(Just like TV) it can't be that bad. Its like Jordyn now has figured rolling over both ways which means he rolls around the whole duvet on the lounge floor. It means I can't take my eyes off him. Does she like the Bumbo? Jordyn loves eating in it and sitting in it while I cook - it is a godsend. I also know you get "stationary walking rings" as they have all the features but no wheels, thats also a nice option almost like a play station.

Chan- Wow you have your hands full, hope you are ok.

Carmen- I also had CTS after birth-how weird is that. I will admit that 7 months down the line it has gotten better. I used to wake up with my hands going numb and wrists hurt all the time. The anti -inflammatories didnt seem to work wonders. Now I dont have constant pain however- IF i move my wrist in a certain way/or flick it by mistake it sne dsharp pains up my wrist, so bad I have cried my heart out 3 times. It is horrible, at that point even the skin around my wrist hurts. I wonder sometimes if we will need surgery or if it will get better? Have you been to a doctor?

Meags- We have chatted on FB...but you are right we are often made to feel guilty about a lot of things we may do as a mom. We just have to do what we feel is right for our child. Have you got a Bumbo/or do you get them there? I used it with J from around 4.5 months and I think its a Godsend. He watches me cook, and plays with his toys, and I know he is safe right by me I know you have a little way to go though.

Suhaila- Man I miss you! I hope Aaqil gets better quick and that he is NOT intolerant

Lizelle- So cute about Riaan. Kids can be amazing. I hear your concerns, but sometimes moments like that make you wish you were a fly on the wall all the time. Now you know you can help with sussa!

Suhaila shame man if you really really want to continue BF you can-but you will have to cut out all dairy from your diet xx

Pead says Aaqil's cough is part of the initial viral infection. No meds for it. The diarrhea should have stopped by now from the antibiotic. But seeing as its been 2 weeks, he either has a tummy bug or has become lactose intolerant. If its the latter I'll have to stop breastfeeding cries:( let's hope not. Giving it until Monday!
