hi ladies

yip binks...not long to go. suffering terribly from haemorrhoids. i literally want to crawl in a hole and die. saturday and sunday i couldnt even walk and went to ER (waste of time and money)
at least from yesterday afternoon i have been able to mobilise a bit more. this problem better heal fast as i dont want to go into labour with it!!

Ster- now you see why I say I much prefer the 1+ age. Before they turn 1 it's colic, then teething, then starting solids, then crawling, then walking, so much to cope with in 1 year, after they've mastered all of those things they become much more fun.

Alex is also drooling a lot and chewing his hands. Those gums itch from an early age.

Sterr my friends little one started teeth at 4 months so it could be possible.

Inge likes her dummy when it suits her but if she doesn't want it she spits it out but she falls asleep with the dummy.

I read an article a while ago saying that when they sleep on their tummies it does make them stronger

Yip, Ster, Inge could be "starting" to teeth!

Nathan also drools a lot and LOVES his hand, arm, fist, foot, toes or MY hand, arm, or boob in his mouth! Sarah was the same at 3 months, but she only got her first tooth a week before she turned one! In my opinion, they can teeth from a young age!

I try to stay away from numming teething gels for as long as possible, because I felt Sarah got "used" to them. For now, if Inge is not in pain, just let her suck or bite.

Still no dummy with Inge? Nathan doesnt want to know about one at all!

thx vix, I had to stop vidalyn with Sarah, so I stopped it with Nathan, but it seems worse since! Although I must add, he doesnt have a pooh nappy at every change anymore and some days his pooh is really more "consistant" - if thats the right word?

He just woke up and had turned himself over and his head was at foot side of cot - had moved a full 180 degrees! I think sleeping on his tummy makes him much stronger! I dare not leave him on the couch anymore!

The heat pack also work wonders! I cant complain if he is awake during the day, he sleeps from 6ish to 6ish most nights and only wakes up once at 2 or 3am!

I have a question - I have noticed that Inge is drooling quite a bit and everything you give her goes to the mouth (when she finds the mouth). Also she will suck on her fists and arm and doesn't drink that well (last 2 days) but rather plays with the teet in her mouth. When I rub her gums she seems to enjoy it (?). Could her gums be itching and more importantly - could she start teething? Surely it is too soon?
