maryke, how long is the op, do the boys have to stay over? Im sure everythign will be fine, will be thinking of you and them!

Yup, I did go to work on Fri, will be working from home, go in twice a week or something, Im happy about that, but sad, really wish I could be home with babies all the time, but I suppose I do need to go out there and work still, no salary negotiations were really discussed, so not 100% sure where exactly I stand with that, but at least I still have a "job". BTW, how is your dad?

Vix, you know that when the kids are at school, they will learn all sorts of things, take the bad with the good, but he does sound like he is coping nicely, and you were worried? How are you feeling now about him being at creche (other than him being ugly to you at the moment)?

Yvette, are you still bf? 3 hourly?

Miksmom, that is quite funny about the dr, dh moans at me, Im normally scared to go to dr's, incase the tell me nothing is wrong, lol. Hope Wian doesn't suffer too much. Oh, and I really dont see depressing posts, so you are doing good girl! Hope your friends family is ok now?

hello everyone else!!

Babies are doing ok, Alessandro weighing in at 4.9, Alexia 4.8 and Athena 4.65 (Monday). Alessandro vomited twice today, we've decided to take him off the AC and put him on the AR formula, he has been vomiting so much So, anyone wanting Novalac AC, we've got a bunch of tins to sell off. My babies have grown so much, Vix, I was thinking the same as you today, Athena is the smallest and today she just slept and slept, and they say they grow mostwhen they're asleep, so I think she was going through some kind of growth spurt and I just thought she cant get bigger, my babies!! Oh how Im already missing them as babies, its going to be hard for me to not want another baby, but Im sure I will be kept super busy to think about it Last night I left them to sleep, Alexia slept 6 hrs, Alessandro, 5 and Athena 4. Alessandro Im sure would of also made it to 6 but he was in bed with me and also started niggling so I just landed up feeding him not thiking to let him sleep. so we will see what they do tonight!!

Hey everyone

I haven't been on in ages....

Kyle Bernard Jones was born on 11 February 2011 by C-Section. It's strange but this time around it was better. Despite the fact that the dr took 20min to get the epidural in my back. I was crying and begging my hubby that they must stop. He kept on poking a nerv and the pain went down my leg. I finally took a deep breath, asked for something to wipe my face and told the dr and hubby "if you dont get it in now than you put me under". He got it in then and my little angel was born.

The gynae I had was not mine, mine went in for surgery the week before the c-section, and he got someone else. Dr Pantazis is GREAT. I had almost no pain, my scar is almost gone in just 3 and half weeks. It was great.

Kyle is perfect. He weighed 3.08kg and looks like daddy. And I finally got the breastfeeding thing...JIPEEEE!

Havn't had time to read all the posts. Just wanted to let you all know I'm alive and well.

Miss you all. Will catch up on the reading, he he he. Might take me a week or 6.

Yvette - no real routine yet. Inge was very "ma-vas" after trying for two nights sleep training and we decided to rather leave it until she is a bit older. I don't rock to sleep anymore - I just sit quietly and she falls asleep after a while. Still cannot believe that a 11 week old know how to fight the sleep - instead of just closing her eyes it is dummy out, cry, dummy in, quiet, dummy out, cry, dummy in until we fall asleep

Suriya - hope your LO is feeling better quickly

MommyN - sjoe, 18 months without antibiotics - that is brilliant. Hope Nathan is well?

Maryke - sure you cannot wait for your house to be finished.

AFM I have a very miserable baby today - she is happy and the next moment she cries her heart out. It was so bad earlier that I struggled for a while to get her to calm down. Ai, ai, I rubbed her gums with a little bit of Ashton & Parsons. I sorted out all her winter clothes this morning. everytime I go to the shop I buy more clothes - just cannot stop myself - I just see the quitest little outfits. Waiting for DH to arrive from Durban so we can go and shop for a decent creche - watch this space - hopefully we will find something.

Ja D day operation day on Saturday I am scared and happy in one go. Just don't know what to expect after but I will take it brick by brick

miksmom glad you doing well, our roof is up and the windows and stacker doors now it's the plastering then the flooring then the painting then the cubboards and then hopefully we will be in by end of June

Yvette the maid doesn't have transport money she will only see me tomorrow jeez what did she think I will come and pick her up everyday I said to her if she wants work she will find a way to get here...10 weeks already sjoe time is really flying by

Vix shame man C will find his happy place with you again I think he just feels so independant at the moment and thinks he doesn't need you
