I was also looking at the bright stars swing. I dont like the Fischer Price ones that much- i think it is mostly boyish and that is not fit for my princess!

My replacement started today, I only have 9 working days left, i cant wait!

Yesterday we practised folding the pram up and putting it in the car- what a mission that was! It is actually quite simple, but you need to know which buttons to press when.

Also, where should you put the carseat (maxi cosi)? should it be in the front seat or the back? I read something about airbags, but i keep seeing people putting it in the front?

Hope all you lovely ladies are well today? Had a good weekend - my sis and I went shopping this weekend Nothing soothes the soul better than retail therapy! Bought some really nice things at the baby room and treehouse in High Street Shopping Centre...Was so pleased with myself coz I FINALLY found the glow in the dark stickers I was looking for the nursery ceiling...so cute, moon and stars design so it looks like the stars are shining at night when u switch the lights off...

As for the baby swing - I got the Fischer Price Rainforest theme one with my fborn and it also worked like a bomb, at first he hated it but once he got used to it it was a lifesaver for me as well...u ladies r right, it really is a big help...

To all the mom's on mleave remember to take it easy! If you going to run around and try to do too much you might as well then have stayed at work! It's supposed to be he time you relaxing so please take things slow...you'll see you'll be better prepared for the birth if you well rested (they don't call it labur for nothing!)

Phillipajane, glad you are feeling so positive. And tell that midwife to bugger off. You have to make the decision that is best for you and your baby!

Afm. Getting so exited about meeting this baby. 33w today, if he can only stay put for another 4 weeks, and not come by 35 w like his sister. I realy cant handle another sick prem baby. Just glad that obgyn is taking precautions with meds.

PhillipaJane - I dont think my pains are contractions though and if they are I dont want to stop them I am 38 weeks today so baby can come. But they are very irregular so really didn't think they were contractions - just some or other pains
