Thamu- yip that the problem, you have limited movement. I did try to stay at home as long as I could. 9 hours. When I got to hospital I was 4 cm dilated. After an hour and a half there was no progress so the gynae advised a c section.

Philipajane - so exciting to have your birthing pool ready. My SIL also had a home birth.

Esmari- wow 7cm foot, going to be a tall boy!

AFM- took M to the library yesterday, miss Sarah decided it was time for her to do a screaming cession... So blind.
Eventually calmed her down and then M demanded that I pick him up so that he could check his books out. Of course the S started screaming again.... The librarian was so not impressed.... Felt like a naughty school child!

Afm; started my ML yesterday it was really tough 4m 2wake up , especially since I'm strugglng2 sleep @ night. I'm alwayz awake frm 01h00 - 04h30, I'm experiencing a sharp pain under my rib cage I'm not sure if these twins r kickng my ribs it is so painful. Anyone having a same experience?
Esmari please update ur list I'm due on 29th of June not July. Full term for twins its 36wks - 38wks.

Just back from obgyn. Gerhardt is about 2.1kg, and his feet is 7cm. Jikes! He is still head down, with his one arm by his head, and also his one foot. He is so gorgeous!

Hope all is well...not a very good day at work I'm afraid, 3 of the ladies here at work who were on contract (like me) were told today that their contracts will not be renewed at the end of the month...and 1 of the girls is currently 8 months pregnant (like me)...i'm safe-for now- just feeling very sad and emotional for them...

Aaigh ya, just thought I would share that with you all, not really in the right frame of mind for personals, sorry

Thamu, I am also going to a public hospital. No luxury for me. Hehe. But I guess I am lucky, no long waits for me. I go to private gyni for consults. Been to the high risk clinic at hospital, and got out of there before 9h. We were only about 10. Smaller hospital.

Ooonh philipajane, exiting times! Hope you can unpack that bag on monday!
