Hi ladies,

Hope everyone is doing well today?

Firstly congrats to MsDee on Ayanda's arrival, geez the babies are really coming fast now :) I'm glad everyone has had safe deliveries to healthy babies thus far...

@Solo: wow, you soooo lucky your ml starts today, i wish i was you..now that its winter its getting very hard to get up in the morning and because i'm so big and bulky it takes forever to get ready for work!

@esmari: you and your dh vae already taken the first step to getting closer to God by acknowledging that you have strayed off the parth and making the decision to rebuild your relationship with him...things will work out - just have faith and trust in Him.

@BettyF: so glad your baba is gaining weight nicely, that's a good sign that she's on the right track...I so agree with you, BF in the beginning is such a long and tiring process...your baby sucks all the time, i sometimes used to wonder with my firstborn where all the milk is going...and then just as soon as you've burped them and put the down to sleep, they nap for like 20min and u have to start from all over again!

@laurakim: be a doll and plz pack my hospital bag for me too seeing as you so on the ball :) I've been putting it off for so long but I seriously need to make a plan to get it done...I still need to get to the shops to get sum new pj's and bra's and then i still need to get pads and toiletries (basically everything i guess)..And this time round I need to pack 3 bags - 1 for me, 1 for the new baby and 1 for my son (coz we need to drop him by my mom b4 we go to the hospital)..luckily though half his clothes and toiletries are at my mom's place in anycase coz she looks after him during the day so we can just grab his nappy bag and go...

healthwise, I have nothing to report - still just big,fat and bulky..it's getting really difficult to drive now, my tummy turns the steering wheel its so big

Congratulations MsDee!!! Wow!!!!!! You must be on cloud nine. Love the name Ayanda :) Can't wait to see pics and hear your birth story. I was just thinking about you yesterday and wondering when your LB was going to arrive.

Betty_F phew, you had a hectic stressful weekend with your LB being so sick and still managing to have his party as well - let alone the prayer meeting on Sunday eve. So glad your LB is feeling better and was able to enjoy his party. You need to take it easy now :)

Esmari, I know exactly what you are talking about. You and your DH are lucky that you realised where you were at, and that you need to get back to God. It doesn't take much at all to get sidetracked... I went to a "Touch the Hem of His Garment" prayer day for women last Saturday. Within 5 mins of arrival I was sobbing like a baby. Luckily I arrived late so I was seated in the back row, but I was so touched by the presence of God that I just sat there and gave it all to HIM. The mess that I am in: pregnant...unmarried...etc etc. I felt such a reassurance from Him that even though I messed things up, this baby is still God's plan for me, and it will all work out. So the panic and fear of becoming a mother has lifted. And when I sang praises and Joshua kicked...oh wow, I broke down into tears again!
Sorry about the mess with your FIL and the cell phones. It's not fair that you are paying him and he isn't paying the bills. Obviously he is in a financial pickle and very stressed about it.

Well done MsDee! You must be so so happy to hold your little boy! Can't wait to hear all about the birth and how you are managing!
I am so happy for you, congratulations :)

Laurakim- glad the antibiotics are kicking in, hope your last 2 weeks go quickly! Enjoy them....

Mandymel - sorry to hear about the hard time that you have had. It is so so common for the little ones to be sick on their first birthday. Well done on still having the party! It sounds like your little boy still enjoyed it!

Esmari-thinking of you xxx

Kanyo83 - 1 more month of work for you! Not too bad. I have also had 2 c sections, both not elective and they were both fine. Only the recovery is so so long. Took me about 3 weeks to be able to do normal tasks, like driving, dressing my so etc etc. I think my lityle bit has taken it the hardest as he wanted me to do all the normal things with him, that has been hard

AFM- took Sarah to the clinic yesterday for a weigh, she is mow weighing 4 kg, gained 160 grams in a week, so the sister there is very happy. I am also pleased, as I do spend most of the day with my breast hooked to her mouth, bf is so time consuming!

Mom to Matthew, born 8 March 2008

Congrats MsDee :) nice size too!!! WELL DONE!

Mandy - sounds like a fun weekend ;) Glad he was well enough to celebrate his birthday :)

Esmari - your emotions sound so similar to mine. The last trimester for me has been a roller coaster ride. I spend weeks crying, days feeling hopeless and then days feeling like life is PERFECT. So frustrating!

Hope you and DH can work through it :)

Nothing to report here - packed the last of my hospital bag stuff. Have plans in place for the kids in case something happens between now and then 13th. They are more excited cos they get to sleep out :P

Congratulations MsDee! You sneaky lady. Hehe. Can't wait to hear your story.

Hi Kanyo - To ease your mind, a scheduled csection is a much better experience than a emergency one. Or so I have heard. I have had 2 emergency sections myself.

Ag flip, struggeling to load the photo. Internet to slow. Will try again later.

Congratulation to all the mommies who had gave birth.I cant wait to go on maternity leave. My last day at work is on the 1 July because I want to come back to work when my baby is 4mnth.My c section dates is anthing between 13,18 and 20 July.

I am a bit scared though about c section because with the 1st one I didnt know what to expect and I had a emergency c section.

Hope you will have a wonderful day.
