Solo, if he only knew how sore cotractions is. I have been in labour twice! Imagine tearing or cutting on top of that! He needs a serious wakeup call. Maybe show him a real vaginal birth video! So he can se how the lady stretches!

Ok, just a little 'humour'. My sil gave birth to twins (18). After the birth her dh didnt want to have sex for quite a while. He just couldnt believe that the lady can open so big and wide...........

Ok, so when did breathing become a darn chore? I constantly feel oxygen deprived. And this has to go on for 10-12 more weeks? Jikes!

BettyF, please let us know what your doc decides. I know you really wanted a vbac, but repeat section is not the end of the world! As long as you and baba is safe. Will be thinking of you!

I also have pain in my coccyx - even when I walk! It seems so crazy that it's permanently sore! Feels as if someone has taken a ten pound hammer and crushed it.

I haven't had any BH yet. If BH are so sore, then I worry about what the real thing feels like! BF was carrying on last night about natural birth and how HE had such a terrible experience with his ex's csec (he passed out) and now he really doesn't feel he can do the csec thing again because he was traumatised! LOL Oh and he thinks an episiotomy is quite ok, nothing to flinch about, even though one of his woman friends kindly educated him to the finer details. I'm feeling all hot and cold and faint from hearing all the details and he laughs and says "Ag it will be fine, it won't hurt, they cut you at the height of a contraction so the pain of the contraction is worse than the cut" I wanted to HIT him. This is the man that is too scared to have a vasectomy. RICH.

Well it's Friday, am so glad. This cold weather is getting me down. You must see me trying to pull my long boots on in the mornings.

Oh Betty, 40w and no baby. I realy hoped you get your vbac. Guess he is gonna book a csec now? They dont allow you to go over time with a vbac right? Maybe he will let you go a couple more days.

Hip pain? Mine is in my damn but! Hehe. I have no idea what that part is called in english. My 'stuitjie'. And if I lay on my one side for too long, I have a pain by my rib just under my boob.

Bh? Mine realy hurts! If I suddenly move, want to wee or bend over I get them. I dont remember them hurting this much. A warm bath helps. Just dont go over body temp.

Thanx on the wishes for dh exam. He got a whole cd with old worked out exam papers for maths1. I think its real hard for him. He works full time, runs a business and studies. And still gets time to spend with me and kids. Oh, and help me around the house.
After school he qualified as a 'automotive machinist' aka engine rebuilder. His dad felt the boys needed it. But when we met he studied argitectural design and changed jobs when lg was born. Then he decided to study even further. They are 10 kids, and he is the only one with this 'fire' in him.
