Karien - so lucky to get given clothing etc. One has to spend so much money when expecting baby, that a hand me down is much appreciated.

Rakker- how are you, has the bleeding stopped?

Thamu- I know what you mean about wishing baby was here already. I wish the same although sometimes I am pleased to still have "me" time.

Well today will be my first alone day at home, not sure what I am going to do with myself....
Had a lovely weekend, tried to spend as much quality time with M as possible.
No signs of baby, but felt slight discomfort in my lower back last night, so who knows she may be making her great decent...
It's a short week for those working, enjoy it and take care

Orefile Mashala born on the 29 April Emergency C section due to low laying placenta (placenta was about to abrupt)

Baby weight 2,24kg
Mum and baby are doing super fine
Discharged today 02 May
She is adorable, will post a pic when I am on a laptop.

We are leaving for Italy at 4 AM, i have been running around all day trying to sort everything and get it all packed, now Im exhausted!

And what a mission it is to find a swimsuit, i tried on so many, and all of them make me look like a heffalump or it fits but then my boobs dont fit! So i gave up and I am just going to go in my bikini stretchmarks and all!

MsDee I will check in on Thursday to see how it went at your drs appointment! Very exciting times for you!

Rakker, thanks for the birth storie - it's great. And I love the detail!

I'm kind of overwhelmed - got a large mr price bag full of clothes from my sil. I was worried that I wouldn't have enough clothes and now I have so much I don't know how I'm going to sort it all. But I'm not complaining We're also borrowing their Angelcare monitor - I love gadgets and can't wait to start using it.

Thanks Tanasha, am definately my normal self a day later. But what does BH mean. Its just scary having to think of the lack of preparation and baby coming early. Anyway would like to know bout BH. Have you left for your holiday, wow i just think it will be priceless enjoy yourself and DH when lil princess comes you shall forever look back to this.

Miss Dee, i do hope this is just preparation but thanks for the note as Philipajane has also educated me as i ddnt know of the mucus.

Rakker, am soo sorry you went through such, i am hoping you are better. When i had my first baby, my mom made me do lots of painful hot presses on my tummy saying sometimes you have blood stuck there and needs to be helped to go out. I would take a towel and then press on my tummy. I dont know though if it helped anything but i only did that a few days after delivery.

Otherwise is been a very restful weekend for me, and my family and just counting down and wishing baby was here already
