AFM - all still good, baby busy and lying on my lungs - struggling to breath at times.

Welcome Mandymel! I can imagine this pregnancy being a bit of a shock, but as you say - babies are a gift from God and your two are going to be such good friends growing up together

TaNasha - Yay on no more bedrest! Phew hun, you have had such a stressful time.

Thamu I am also short of breath. I find myself struggling to get comfortable on the couch or bed and then having to lift my arm/s above my head just so I can get a bit more air into my lungs. I'm going to look for a cot and compactum this weekend. I'm soooo not organised

Laurakim I'm sure you feel overwhelmed. You have a lot on your plate - and it's not even as if you can take small bites at a time either. Hang in there, it will quieten down...
Most moms buy a big soaking bucket for the cloth nappies, and once the nappy liner has been flushed away, you pop the nappy into the SteriNappi solution to soak with all the others till you get to do the nappy wash once a day or every second day or when it suits you.
I remember my aunt had a nappy service! They would come around to her house and take her "soaking in the bucket" nappies away and then deliver her clean and folded nappies!!! This is thirty odd years ago hehe!!!!! Ouch, I'm old !!

Tanasha am glad you aare better cant imagine being confined. I look forward to staying at home though.

AFM am all well and kicking tired with walking short of breath everytime i try and i realise that am walking so far being everyone. Otherwise we are fine. No shopping done at all, dont even know where to start from. still wanted to finalise the hardware, still having the cot and will look for second hand compactum and will have to buy all the others new i guess

TaNasha, so glad you & your LO are are well. I pray it will be smooth sailing from here.

Someone mentioned a diaper disposal bin. I have one called diaper champ. It's a bit pricey compared to the others I've seen but I bought my sister one in 2007, it was so worth it. My youngest nephew is now using it. I really recommend you get one if you can. It really contains the smell & so easy to use.

AFM, been very emotional lately being so close to giving birth & having to accept I'll have to face this next part of my life without my sister. with everyone else in my family & hubby I'm the fragile one who has to be watched & handled with care but she saw the strong side of me which always helped me believe I could stand on my own. But I have to believe she's up there cheering me on cause I'm really starting to have a lot of self doubt.

I'll be able to do personals on Thursday. Keep well everyone.
